Ning Wei exhaled and pulled Li Ye to walk outside.
"They're scared when you're here. Go quickly and see how tense things are next door. I'll calm them down here. We'll still need them to act later."
Li Ye nodded, holding the bead and going next door to supervise.
After he left, the ghosts finally relaxed, though their resentment was still dark. Ning Wei stepped out a bit, as if to avoid being entangled by the resentment.
"Listen to me, I know your pain. I have a way for you to get revenge."
Ning Wei smiled at the group of ghosts and whispered to them for a long time. Finally, the room echoed with ghost laughter.
From weeping to laughter, neither sound was something the people next door wanted to hear. It was too creepy!
Ning Wei soon walked over. "Are you still not done feeding them?"
"They're all unconscious. We can't feed them much even with syringes," Tang Tang said, looking up at her.
Ning Wei nodded. "Then you all go out. I have a faster method."
Everyone nodded, casually dropping the medicine and syringes, and slowly retreated from the room.
Ning Wei pointed to the operating room on the far end. "You go there. In a moment, there will be ghosts..."
Before Ning Wei could finish, everyone rushed to the operating room and closed the door behind them.
"So cowardly."
Everyone in the room was unconscious. Fortunately, the room was large enough to accommodate so many people and still have space.
Ning Wei opened the door to the next room and beckoned into the air. A group of ghosts emerged.
When they saw Li Ye leaning against the wall, they immediately crept into the room along the opposite wall, heads down.
Once inside, they did not act rashly, waiting for Ning Wei's command.
"Is everyone here?" Ning Wei glanced around. There were too many ghosts for her to know the exact number.
The ghosts nodded in unison.
"Then let's begin. Remember my slogan: If they don't die from fear, scare them to death. It's best to let them experience all your pain firsthand. I'll wait for your good news outside!"
After Ning Wei finished speaking, she locked the door. She wouldn't let anyone off.
She dragged two stools over and shared one with Li Ye, their backs to the door, watching the situation inside the room.
Fortunately, Tang Tang and his cowardly group didn't come over, otherwise this scene would have been unforgettable for them.
Coupled with the previous drugs, nurses quickly descended into madness.
But they were facing a group of resentful spirits and had no chance to escape.
Bloody bodies, red organs, twisted faces, and pained screams, scene after scene replayed in their minds.
No matter if you were a god or a ghost, enduring this would drive you mad.
Screams slowly emerged from the room, quickly turning into a symphony. It was a pity that only Ning Wei and Li Ye were there to appreciate it.
"It seems we need more time. What should we do next?" Ning Wei talked with Li Ye outside, completely unaffected by the commotion inside.
"Everything that needed to be done has been done. The attendant must be getting impatient. You're not a saint, don't push yourself so hard."
Ning Wei was somewhat surprised.
"Have all the necessary things been done?" she whispered to herself.
Li Ye nodded and then used the bead to absorb the resentment from her.
Being this close, it seemed she had been infected.
At this moment, the remaining seven people hiding in the operating room also found the train tickets in their pockets. Just as Li Ye had said, they had avenged those who were alive or dead. This was the key for them to leave this place.
Everyone automatically ignored the sounds from the room and came before Ning Wei to show their tickets.
Thinking that the attendant and driver had been waiting outside for a long time, they couldn't wait to leave this miserable place.
Li Ye withdrew the bead. Ning Wei was still lost in thought.
"You all get on the bus first. We'll be right there," Li Ye said to the others.
"Then hurry up. We'll try to stall for time." Mei Nan worried that the attendant wouldn't wait long, as her patience was as small as a mung bean.
"Don't worry, she won't leave. Just get on the bus and rest," Li Ye said confidently.
Everyone was used to Ning Wei being the last to board. It was not unusual for Li Ye to join her now.
Mei Nan used the elevator card to open the elevator and tossed the card to Li Ye.
They slowly ascended, and Ning Wei gradually regained consciousness.
"This level was not easy to get through. You've been dazed several times." After Ning Wei sobered up, she saw Li Ye looking at her with a half-smile.
"Thanks to this bead of yours. Don't forget I also contributed to getting it," Ning Wei was unwilling to admit that she had been saved by Li Ye again.
Li Ye, knowing this would happen, did not argue with her.
Ning Wei walked to the door. All the medical staff and buyers had become mentally deranged, huddled in corners under the pressure of the ghosts.
A leading ghost floated to Ning Wei. "We have been liberated. The rest is up to you."
"You've been here for so long. I've troubled you."
"As long as we could wait for you, it was all worth it!"
The ghosts looked at Ning Wei with smiles of gratitude.
They slowly disappeared. Li Ye, standing behind, saw clearly that a faint golden light emanated from Ning Wei, vanishing in an instant.
After the ghosts left, the mentally deranged people started to become agitated again.
Ning Wei deliberately opened the door of the operating room. All the medical equipment was available, enough to perform ten or eight surgeries on the spot.
"Let's go," Ning Wei said to Li Ye, holding the elevator card.
The two walked into the elevator. As the doors slowly closed, they saw the mentally deranged people running out. The medical staff, wielding medicines and scalpels, were attacking those around them.
Ning Wei raised an eyebrow and said to Li Ye with great arrogance, "This is the true end."
The two walked out of the building. The sunlight shone on them, warm as spring.
At this moment, police sirens suddenly sounded outside the main gate. Ning Wei saw Mu Qing leading the police charging in. The people waiting outside to collect organs had already been apprehended.
Under Mu Qing's lead, the police stormed into the building.
Ning Wei went to Mu Qing and handed her the elevator card.
"There are very exciting scenes in the basement. Make sure to bring more people down to avoid friendly fire."
"Why did you..."
Ning Wei cut off Mu Qing. She clenched the elevator card in her hand. "I should be going. Don't do bad things in the future!"
It was as if only Mu Qing could see her. Ning Wei slowly disappeared before her eyes.
Mu Qing trembled and immediately took the elevator card to find the person in charge of this operation.
Upon entering the basement, they understood what a living hell was.
There were six buyers and twenty-seven medical staff downstairs.
The place was a slaughterhouse, with blood everywhere and various organs scattered on the ground.
