Chapter 252: Chapter 252: Godfall II
[3rd POV]
Killing more Gods had been...an interesting experience, since some of them had been a bit more difficult to find. That, and some of them were...a bit more morally questionable in regards to killing them in the first place.
Like Hestia, who Gwen had killed. The woman in question hadn’t really done anything, but she was involved with the Greek Pantheon, and didn’t do anything to stop her siblings, which...was fair. But it didn’t make it right, and was sort of a morally grey area even for Gwen.
There was more instances of the same, especially when Gods of Family or Kindness came up. They were connected to good domains, but not to good pantheons, so it was...all around questionable on her part, but she had to do it either way.
She needed the power, and knew that this world was better off without the gods, considering how much pain and suffering they had been causing thanks to their existence. With billions of humans dying and suffering fates worse than death.
Especially because some of the gods were directly involving the humans by using them as servants for war.
After an entire day of being in this dark universe, Gwen had wiped out several pantheons from existence, absorbing their power and domain into herself, boosting her own divinity by a drastic margin.
The West African Gods, Annunaki, Shinto, Incan, Aboriginal, Mayan, Akua, Hindu, Russian/Slavic, Philippine, Fomorians, Inuan, Jamala, Native American, Korean, Mongolian, Celtic, Aztec, Taoist, and Zoroastrian Gods.
Over a dozen pantheons were in ruin at her hands, and dozens of Gods were absorbed into her being. From this, she had completed 15 new quests, and had obtained 15 new SL tickets that she has yet to use. She was preparing to use them when she went after the Asgardians.
At the moment she was off world, fighting against another alien God. A massive God that was larger than planets, and was the combined form of an entire pantheon of evil Alien Gods, a God known simply as "Glory". A monstrous God that was yet again, better off dead.
The God itself was around the size of Galactus for comparison, but wasn’t even remotely as powerful. It was more so in the same league as the likes of Zeus and Odin, if not a bit stronger.
But it was nothing to Gwen, who was the combination of countless Gods. Basically a walking talking pantheon of dozens of Gods, if not hundreds. Now not all of them were as powerful as the Greek, as it seemed only the big three were as powerful as their versions from her universe and 616 (Asgardians, Egyptians, and Greek).
It was still a lot of power either way.
"You-how are you so powerful?!" The voice of Glory boomed throughout space, as Gwen just smiled and decided to respond.
"You’re not the only one who is a combination of Gods, Glory. And I am simply the combination of more Gods than you" Gwen said with a smirk, as the large God roared in fury, attempting to attack her again, before a burst of light shot out, decapitating the large God, before a large shadow warped out of her, as her form glowed, absorbing Glory into her being.

Absorbing the large God had only taken a few moments, as Gwen let out a pleased hum. The power that the God had was quite interesting, as it was more alien in nature, and darker as well. It didn’t really affect her though, so it mattered not.
With Glory absorbed, she decided that it was time to get back to Earth, and go after the next major pantheon of Gods, a pantheon that was quite strong, and also quite dangerous. The Egyptian Pantheon.
The Egyptians had a few very powerful Gods, like Set, who was technically an Elder God. There was also Ra, who was likely the strongest of them all, and was the most dangerous of the bunch thanks to his ability to absorb entities into himself, and he himself had personally wiped out many Elder Gods.
Set would be a complicated God to get to, as he was in his own pocket dimension, and was quite powerful. He was an elder god like Chthon, so it was best she just leave him be for now, at least until she took out Ra and the rest of them.
Gwen knew what she was doing was...morally a bit questionable, but it wasn’t like she was killing anyone that was the kindest or best. This universe was a dark universe for a reason, and had it been in DC, she was confident it would be one of the Dark universes/negative ones, like the ones that the Batman Who Laughs hailed from.
Basically, not exactly a universe you would want to live in, and that was the whole reason she was okay with what she was doing. That, and she was more of an anti-hero now a days anyways, and while she saved who she could, she knew that sometimes there was only so much one could do.
And this was one of those situations.
Shattering the dimensional walls into where the Ennead (Egyptian Gods) were, Gwen stood within the dimension, as just like with Zeus, Ra and the rest of the Egyptian Gods appeared one after another, glowing with power and rage, prepared to fight her to the death.
Gwen could only smile in response, as she didn’t even let them utter a word, and began the battle.

The battle against the Egyptians had went almost exactly the same as the Greek one, but was even faster thanks to her power being drastically higher than before. That, and she absorbed Ra first, so defeating the rest of them had been...easy, very easy.

Having 18 SL tickets was a huge boon to Gwen, knowing that every single ticket boosted her power, and she would need it all for the arrival of Knull, as she knew that she was STILL underpowered in comparison to him. Which shows just how stupidly powerful he truly was.
The comics didn’t show the full might of the God of Symbiotes, that much she knew for certain.
With that, she decided to claim the SL Tickets, just in case the Asgardians brought out something crazy. As she did know that Odin had the Odinsword, and that weapon could be a genuine threat to her, considering how powerful it could get.

The new characters were assimilated within a few moments, and once again her soul began to strengthen drastically thanks to all the Soul Land characters. The soul was a big thing there, so it was only natural her soul would be massively boosted thanks to them.
The power she felt flowing through her was quite good, and it would only continue to increase with all the pantheons she was absorbing into herself.
With the Egyptians done and dead, it was time to go after the final of the Earth Gods, and the ones that had started this entire war, the Asgardians.
Teleporting off to Asgard, Gwen had only one thought on her mind as she prepared herself.

That’s the end of the Chapter!
This arc will continue for another 2-4 Chapters. Not entirely sure. She’ll be hunting the Asgardians, and then doing a few things in her own universe, and that’ll be that.
Currently Gwen is very very powerful, and is capable of fighting and defeating Galactus with little difficulty. But again, Knull is way above Galactus, and is still much stronger than the current her. He decimates Celestials like they’re nothing, and is EASILY multiversal in power, likely way beyond that.
Gwen ain’t there just yet.
