The two newly accepted disciples, Ishihara Naka and Xu Zhiyuan, along with four others, were all staying there.
Luo Ziling restricted their freedom of movement and specifically instructed that if they needed to go out, they must apply for leave.
When there’s nothing going on, they must stay there.
Luo Ziling appointed a temporary manager, and it was not Dong Xiaowan, but Wang Hanying.

I will come to check it tomorrow morning.” Luo Ziling coldly instructed, staring at the wronged and stubborn Dong Xiaowan as he unceremoniously enforced the punishment, “You can choose not to comply, but you’ll bear the consequences.”
“I object,” Dong Xiaowan was furious. She knew the manuscript had over a thousand words, six copies would be at least seven thousand words. To copy it before noon tomorrow, and with a brush, would require her to stay up all night. Therefore, she strongly protested, “Those two foreigners went out without permission, why aren’t you punishing them? I just explained a bit, and I get punished, it’s unfair!”
“Who said I’m not punishing them?” Luo Ziling dismissed Dong Xiaowan’s grievances with a cold expression, “You’ll see what punishment they receive in a moment.”

“Who told you to sit? Stand up!” Luo Ziling pointed at the other three men who were standing with bowed heads, instructing Dong Xiaowan to stand with them. Begrudgingly, Dong Xiaowan got up and stood with Wang Hanying and the other two.
After a short while, Ishihara Naka and Xu Zhiyuan returned.
