Chapter 89: I Finally Married Zachary
The situation now was that people who had opposed her marriage to Zachary urged her not to be impulsive.
Even Jack Leinster spoke up.
But Yvonne herself said she was still thinking about it.
Yeliz bit her lip hard as she expected Yvonne’s answer.
It was her last hope!
Proud as Yvonne, she must not allow the man she loved to actually investigate her in secret!
She was so willful, she would surely refuse!
Everyone held their breath, and suddenly, the girl asked slowly.
"So what do you say, Mr. Leinster?
"Do you want to continue this wedding no matter what, or do you want to call it off for today and let me think about it?"
The crowd sighed in their hearts this time.
What a dilemma!
Whichever option Zachary chose was wrong.
It would seem to be condescending to Yvonne to get married as nothing happened.
But to just say the wedding was off, it was like he didn’t want to marry her that badly!
Zachary looked at her seriously, although he was much taller and more mature than Yvonne, and much older, too,
his feelings for her had always been very sincere and respectful.
Then, Yvonne heard him speak, word for word, "Marriage is not the matter of either of us, but between the two of us.
"I don’t want you to marry me with regrets, and if you think you need an explanation before the wedding, I respect your choice!"
When Zachary’s sentence fell, not only the onlookers, but even Yvonne herself was very surprised and frowned slightly.
He had always been strong to the extreme and usually constrained her when she was drinking and dressing.
Now, it was actually something as big as marriage that he was willing to give her the option to choose?
Now, Yvonne was in the dilemma.
Originally, she was a little hesitant.
But facing such a Zachary, she was completely unable to say the words of refusal.
Just then, Zachary continued speaking.
"But whatever decision you make today, I need you to be clear on one thing,"
The man made the promise that was worth a million, "Since I, Zachary Leinster, have decided that you are my wife, then even if today’s ceremony is postponed, I will still take you as my wife as long as I live!
"And you can only marry me alone!"
!
If Yvonne was still a little hesitant just now, then after hearing these words, she was completely fallen for him!
It was always impossible for Mr. Leinster to investigate her just to harm her.
It felt a little bad to be suspected, but she was sure he would give her a reasonable explanation.
Either way, he loved her as truly and devotedly as she did!
"Then, okay."
Yvonne straightened up, and the light made the wedding dress sparkle.
Then, she solemnly said like an oath, "I, Yvonne, will only marry you for the rest of my life, no matter what happens in life, in sickness, in poverty, in wealth, I will face it together with you!"
The girl was young, but the words came out with unmistakable dignity!
The divine dust, like the stars in the sky, emitted and sprinkled every corner of the banquet hall!
Glory glittered.
A long period of time passed.
In silence, someone suddenly called out, "Great!"
Immediately afterwards, a big round of applause erupted!
It was even more intense and deafening than Yvonne’s entrance earlier!
"Great!"
"Wonderful!"
Even the emcee, who had been officiating weddings for years, was very excited at the moment.
She had been in this business for over a decade and she had never seen such a thrilling wedding!
A scene of what it meant to be true love was just played out!
The man and the girl reentered the stage hand in hand.
This time, the atmosphere was more lively and the applause was more intense.
All the people under the stage were feeling excited.
Young people there whose parents quarreled a lot finally believe that there were still lovely couples in the world.
Lovers there who had just broken up and believed in true love on earth again at this very moment.
People who had had a recent falling out with their husbands and wives reflected deeply on their needs for such mutual understanding between them and their wives.
Everything went well with the wedding.
The party was on.
The future was promising.
After the wedding.
Yvonne and Zachary checked into the hotel’s presidential suite, which cost 30 thousand dollars a night, hand in hand.
In the banquet hall, Yesmina and Frank sent off all the guests.
In the court, only Yesmina and Frank were left.
Both of them had mixed feelings today as they saw their daughter off to be married.
They thought of images of their marriage and scenes of them loving each other.
But, there was a more important thing for Yesmina to do than to relive her old dreams!
Only to see the crowd scattered, with a cold face and in the haute couture black gorgeous dress and high heels, Yesmina walked directly to the front door of the hotel.
Yeliz had already left the court a long time ago, but Jack was still there, so she had to sit in the car at the entrance and wait for him.
Yesmina was actually going to find Yeliz.
There was a valuable stretch Lincoln parked in front of the main entrance.
Next to the car door, Jack was about to get in when the figure of a woman shadowed in the back seat.
After Yesmina saw that person, she directly slapped on the black car window despite
the bodyguard’s obstruction.
"Get off!"
Yeliz’s body shook at Yesmina’s action.
She had not yet returned from the turmoil of the day, whether it was the humiliation she had just suffered on the scene or the reprimand she was about to face from Jack in a moment, and being slapped by Yesmina with such a powerful aura, she was instantly scared and shivered.
Frank also happened to come out of the hotel at this time.
As soon as he came out, he saw Yesmina’s angry and fuming appearance, and it was in front of Jack!
This was way too much out of the line!
The bodyguard saw this and immediately asked Jack, "Boss, this..."
Jack glanced at Frank, then waved his hands,
gesturing to the bodyguards that none of them needed to do anything.
What kind of nature was Yesmina?
She didn’t care how powerful Jack was, she just rushed up and pulled the door open.
Yeliz’s entire body couldn’t help but shiver at once.
Her lips were white.
"What do you want?"
"Humph."
Although Yesmina was much older than Yeliz, her looks were not below Yeliz, and her temperament and aura were a crushing victory.
She was almost like dealing with a chick.
"Don’t give me this pathetic look, you can deal with my daughter, not me!"
In fact, Yeliz had difficulty even dealing with Yvonne, not to mention Yesmina.
Yesmina was as cold as frost, "I’m telling you, I don’t want to do anything to you today either, but, I’m warning you, behave yourself!
"You do that to my daughter again, I don’t care whose wife you are, I’ll make you suffer badly.
"Do you hear me?!"
Yeliz was extremely embarrassed.
Bodyguards, drivers were watching.
Jack also was watching from the side.
But she was humiliated like this, and Jack didn’t say anything!
Just as she broke down and was about to cry, Jack spoke only slowly and deliberately.
...
Presidential Suite.
It was the most expensive hotel room in Hiltonan.
Usually, those who used to come to live here were either top wealthy or world superstars.
But tonight, this place belonged to them.
And them only.
Doors open.
Yvonne was in a gorgeous wedding dress.
With the door open, she saw red roses everywhere, as lush as fire. Although Yvonne’s favorite was Isabel, only red roses could best express the hot love, so Zachary laid red roses everywhere when he had come here.
Huge floor-to-ceiling windows with super gorgeous 180-degree views.
It overlooked the best night view of Hiltonan, and the entire Times River.
There was beautiful violin music in the room, and the night was enchanting as a dream!
"You guys go ahead and get out."
When Yvonne walked into the room, she was first stunned by the wonderful setup of the room, and then he told the attendants as well as the musicians in the room to leave first.
The crowd looked up to see what Zachary meant.
Zachary nodded his head and everyone withdrew.
"Don’t you like the setup?"
"I like it."
Yvonne said truthfully, "But don’t you think you owe me an explanation?"
"I know."
Zachary said, then untied his tie.
"It’s good to get them out early so that we can get to the point sooner."
With a frown, Yvonne subconsciously pushed away the man who wanted to kiss her.
"Say it, why did you send someone to investigate me, and don’t touch me until you tell me!"
"A moment of spring is worth a thousand dollars, Mrs. Leinster..."
"Who is Mrs. Le..."
"You’re married to me, and you are Mrs. Leinster."
Zachary said, then despite her resistance, he took her whole body in his arms and kissed her hard.
"Umm..."
The kiss was more intense than ever.
As if it was foreshadowing what was going to happen in a moment.
It had been a while getting ready for the wedding, and they hadn’t had a chance to make out properly except for the last time in the dressing room.
Yvonne knew that if she let him have his way, she would probably not have the energy to listen to his explanation later.
She pushed him away again.
"Tell me, why did you take the paternity test on me?"
The man who was repeatedly pushed away was like a child who couldn’t get any candy.
Zachary’s handsome face was more than a little grumpy and a little tender.
"Baby, come here, I’ll talk to you in bed..."
"No!
"Say it right here!"
"Okay."
The man told the story from beginning to end of what he suspected her of at first.
"I did suspect you, but not of who you were, but that you were hiding something from me."
Zachary said, "At that time, I didn’t know you... were reborn,
"I sense that you’ve changed a lot, and do you remember a few times when you were drunk and you said some really weird things?"
"What’s that?"
"You just told me not to go to the beach and that Sarah Mooney killed your mom and dad."
"Yes."
All of these were true, but she didn’t know that she had actually spoken out of turn once!
"Why didn’t you ask me then?"
"I just thought you were babbling, and then combined with something else later, I was worried you were in some kind of trouble."
"Okay."
Yvonne believed in Zachary.
Zachary must have believed that she was Yvonne, otherwise, he wouldn’t have sacrificed his life to save her once again when she fell into the water.
Speaking of this, a wry glint immediately flashed in the girl’s eyes.
She stuck out a small, snow-white foot and hooked it into the man’s straight suit pants.
"So, do you prefer the Yvonne of the past, or the Yvonne of the present?"
Another dilemma!
If he said the past, that meant she was not as good now as she was in the past.
If he said the present, then could it be that all of Zachary’s fondness for her before she was reborn was fake?
If he said both, with so much difference between the past and the present Yvonne, this answer was too perfunctory!
Most men would have cried long ago when faced with such a difficult dilemma.
Zachary just smiled domineeringly, "The old you used to pretend to be strong, obviously a fragile little girl but trying to disguise yourself with your teeth and claws, that kind of you makes me want to protect."
"And now what?"
"Now..."
The man curled up his lips and teased.
"Makes me want to..."
!
Yvonne flushed at once.
She really couldn’t believe that word was coming out of Zachary’s mouth!
It was a dirty word, but coming from lips as noble and elegant as his, it was nasty as hell, but sexy as hell!
He watched with satisfaction the blush on Yvonne’s cheeks, then, striding forward, he pressed her, who was wearing a gorgeous wedding dress, into the king-size double bed behind him...
On the other side, the bar.
Over there, Yvonne and Zachary were enjoying their moment.
Over here, however, Frank was alone, drinking away his sorrows.
It was late at night.
The bar was full of drunks.
Frank was sitting alone in the middle of a bunch of drunks, and although he hadn’t lost his mind yet, he wasn’t much better than the gang of drunks.
Married...
Yvonne’s married.
She was someone else’s wife now and would she still depend on him as a father?
He had a wonderful wedding like this back in the day...
He had wanted to join hands with Yesmina for the rest of his life...
Why couldn’t they trust each other like Zachary and Yvonne?
Heh...
He was not even as good as his daughter.
Frank was drinking and he didn’t look at his phone.
The phone had long since died.
Mr. Glover was anxious when he saw that Frank was still not home and his cell phone was not working.
Thinking about it, it was Yvonne’s wedding night, and it was not good to bother her.
Eventually, he called Yesmina.
Yesmina seemed to be in a video conference, but still answered the phone quickly. "Hello?
"Mr. Glover?"
"Um... Mr. Taylor hasn’t come home this late, do you know where he went?"
"What?"
Yesmina glanced at the clock and was taken aback.
"He should have gone back a long time ago!"
They were driving off together, that is, after she had warned Yeliz.
Frank should have arrived home hours ago.
"You said he’s not answering his phone?
"Not at the office either?
"Okay, fine, I know a place, I’ll go look for it."
Because Frank usually wouldn’t do that.
So, his sudden loss of contact made the whole Taylor Family nervous.
Although she had nothing to do with him a long time ago, hearing that something might have happened to him, Yesmina still cut off the video conference at the first moment and drove her Maserati out of the courtyard of her villa in the night.
1999 was the name of the bar.
The bar was a very small one, not like the kind of place that rich people like Frank usually liked to come to.
There didn’t seem to be any pretty girls or young people in the bar, except for some older men.
The bar was even a bit antiquated.
It looked to be somewhat dated.
As soon as Yesmina entered, she undoubtedly attracted the eyes of many men.
But her aura was so strong that she was not an ordinary person at first glance, much less someone who would normally come here for a drink. They knew she was coming here for someone.
The men didn’t dare come up to her and talk to her.
Yesmina walked through the crowd and caught a glimpse of Frank who was sitting at the bar with his head bowed.
