His grip on Liu Buli's hand tightened unconsciously. Lu Wuming said, "I... I've never been to the bottom of the sea."
"I haven't either, so isn't this the perfect first for both of us?"
Liu Buli smiled and said, "Actually, I've always loved the sea. But the city I lived in was quite far from it. Back then, I always thought that when I found my lover, I would definitely go to the seaside with him. Just like in the dramas, we could walk along the waves, play together, and if we felt like it, we could even go into the sea and do romantic things often seen in movies and TV shows."
He spoke calmly, yet his words were filled with yearning.
Lu Wuming knew he was reminiscing about the past, but what he said felt too distant for Lu Wuming to truly comprehend.
However, he understood some of it. Lu Wuming hesitated and asked, "Then... did Master go with someone else in the end?"
"Of course not. Firstly, I never found anyone. I didn't fancy anyone around me, and they didn't interest me at all," Liu Buli replied. "Secondly, my work was too demanding. I had no time for rest, so how could I go out and play?"
He sounded somewhat resigned.
But Lu Wuming, hearing this, couldn't help but laugh with joy.
He leaned down and pecked Liu Buli's lips, then earnestly promised, "Master, from now on, tell me wherever you want to go. No matter where it is, I'll go with you."

His words were blunt.

After dodging a short distance, Liu Buli looked up to see a long silver trident lying beside him. If Lu Wuming hadn't reacted quickly, his arm would have been torn to shreds.
Startled, Liu Buli looked up.
Not far from them, a monster had appeared at some point.
It had a human body and a fish tail, and its eyes, glowing with a faint green light, stared at them with venomous hatred.
Liu Buli blinked in surprise.
Immediately, Lu Wuming's telepathic message echoed in his mind: "Master, did this thing also transform into this? You don't like it, do you?"
