"Tch, we have not found a single dog since the last three hours," Ichor said, his tone filled with a low, menacing annoyance.
The air around him shimmered with a corrosive heat, a testament to his impatience.
"It doesn’t matter to me," Maledictus replied, her voice a cool, melodious hum that was as chilling as it was beautiful.
She flew away with a gust of her bat wings, her elegant form a blur against the cracked, red sky of the demonic realm.
"We should hurry to Ashgar. Only a day is left for the meeting to start." She added, and once again flew away with a flap of her wings.
"Ya, ya," Ichor snorted, a plume of acrid smoke escaping his nostrils, and followed the woman with bat wings.
Sunny, on the other hand, was having a taste of the best sensation he had felt in his entire life.
The sensation of acquiring a new talent, a current of energy flowing through his body, was one of pure, unadulterated joy.
With that, Sunny’s talent acquisition was complete.
He used his God’s Eye on himself, and a detailed status panel materialized, showing the description of his new talent.

"Acquiring a talent is still the best," Sunny grinned, the pleasure of the new power still coursing through his veins.
"No cost or anything and only rewards." He understood the profound importance of this talent.
Not only did it give him ten times the comprehension, but it also increased the comprehension of his life forms by five times.
And as a bonus, it even gave his life forms a high probability of being born with this talent.
Sunny was already aware of this statement through the previous Magic Affinity and Sound Affinity talents.

Sunny was dumbfounded upon listening to Thea’s analysis.
He had tasked her to do so, as a lot of her computing power wasn’t being used.
So he asked her to try and analyze the talent of other Gods while also keeping a keen eye on their world.
But he didn’t imagine even in his wildest dream that Thea, the system he created himself, would be so fast that it could analyze the talents of five billion Gods in just two days and eight hours.
The second thing that made him dumbfounded was that only one hundred and seven Gods had an SS-Grade talent, while the remaining had a talent below SS-Grade.
And the third, and most important thing, was that no other Gods possessed an SSS-Grade talent.
"Am I special?" Sunny thought, a sense of awe and wonder filling him as he looked at the list of talents that Thea had analyzed.

And the talents of Gods below the grade of SS were mostly similar to life forms.
Like Sunny’s friend Reflection, who had an A-Grade talent called Comprehension, but in Veridia, Light had an S-Grade Comprehension.
The only difference between both was that one was the talent of a God and had an effect on all the life forms, while the other had an effect on himself.
Sunny, with a single question in his mind, knew that only one soul had the knowledge to answer it. Sunny created a portal to the heaven realm and entered it without any second thoughts.
There he immediately found a soul, entirely different from the other souls.
This soul shone much brighter, but at the same time, it held a deep-seated demonic curse in its body.
The powers of heaven suppressed this curse for now, but no one knew when this curse was going to lift.
"Cosmos, long time no see," Adam said as he floated to the location where Sunny was standing. Adam manifested two chairs and a table out of thin air; the table was filled with many delicacies from multiple eras.
"Taste some of the best dishes I have created in my lifetime," Adam said, puffing his chest out.
"Oh, your Overgrowth talent really was something, to even teach you talents like cooking," Sunny said, trying to look jealous of Adam.
"Just some tricks, just some tricks," Adam quickly replied, but immediately his brows frowned as he sensed a familiar aura from Sunny.
"Did you by any chance saw a demon lord?" Adam asked with a frown on his brows.
