The Reincarnators had indeed helped Ao repel the Elemental Lords and the Old Gods, but Tika did not believe they would fight to the death for Ao and the Old Gods.
For a team of Reincarnators at the level of powerful deities to act, Ao must have paid a price! After all, they were not in a clear superior-subordinate relationship. If the situation turned bad or a crisis arose that would make them stay, the Reincarnators would not hesitate to pack up and leave.
The Reincarnator swallowed by the black hole had wanted to leave the world of Faerun the moment they sensed danger, but Tika, with the authority second only to a creator god, intercepted them.
The unlucky Reincarnator was pragmatic. Upon realizing that the power of the main god was intercepted, they immediately surrendered.
Tika couldn't attend to him for the moment. After knocking him out with a palm strike, Tika pinned him to the depths of hell with the Spear of Eternity, then shifted their attention to the battlefield.
The sudden appearance of the black hole made the Reincarnators vigilant, and their movements immediately slowed. The Elemental Lords, who had been suppressed, finally had a chance to catch their breath. They jumped out of the battle and jointly opened a passage to the elemental planes. The elemental lords poured out, instantly overwhelming the slacking Reincarnators.
On the other side, Ao fought three opponents without being at a disadvantage. Wherever the Tablet of Fate went, the Old Gods retreated, creating gaps in their encirclement.
The gods were watching. Cyric, who had come to pick up the spoils, had his avatar taken away by the aftermath of the battle. Bane and Bhaal, who had just returned, dared not make any rash moves.
The good-aligned deities remained silent. Ao had lorded over them for too long. The Calamity of the Saints had pushed the gods' dissatisfaction with Ao to an unprecedented peak! If not for their fear of Ao's immense power, the gods would have already intervened to help the unexpected Reincarnators.
Even so, quite a few deities descended under the guise of protecting the prime material plane, seemingly clearing out the Reincarnators' backup plans without any apparent intention.
Correllon, another Old God, was busy putting on a show, leading his subordinate gods to block the divine kingdoms of the enraged gods, preventing Talos from interfering.
Tika also followed suit. Their avatar in the Abyss led the Messians to block the Abyss Lords. Taking advantage of Ao and the Old Gods being unable to spare any attention, they launched a full-scale attack on the Abyss! Hell actively moved towards the Abyss, piercing it like a cone. In front of the fully committed Tika, the Abyss Lords were no stronger than insects.
Without the protection of the Abyss consciousness, the Reincarnation Void devoured demons at full capacity. Hell also annexed the cleaned Abyss planes, supporting the laws while also strengthening itself.
The two sides were in a stalemate. Ao and the Reincarnators, who held the advantage, could not achieve absolute dominance. The suppressed law side, though in disarray, was not without the ability to fight back.
However, this was not a solution. Ao gritted his teeth, and the golden ring spun again, bringing forth another team of Reincarnators.
The slightly vibrating wristwatch relieved Tika. Ao was now betting everything! Ao was not yet the master of the world of Faerun. The more Reincarnators who knew of Faerun's existence, the more potential competitors Ao would have!
Before this, all Reincarnators who had entered the world of Faerun were below the level of intermediate deities. Ao had plenty of ways to control them. According to Lin Su, they had to sign an agreement not to disclose any information before entering the world of Faerun! With the guarantee of multiple creator gods, the location of Faerun would never be known to anyone who could compete with Ao. The pressure he faced was almost negligible.
Seeing that the laws were about to retreat, Tika's actions became even faster. A large number of demons were ground to dust by the reincarnation rules, and the continuous supply of primal energy replenished the laws.
The Old Gods were invigorated. Even the weakened Yag-Kosha rallied and joined the battle.
The Spear of Eternity flashed with golden light. The Reincarnator caught by Tika was killed before they could even awaken.
Turning the spear, a sense of crisis, like a thorn on their back, locked onto another Reincarnator. The man holding a giant shield to block the explosive energy flow's face changed. He immediately withdrew from the battle and quietly issued a warning. His teammates also quickly gathered. The woman at the forefront flipped her wrist, taking out a scroll, ready to flee at any moment.
Tika naturally would not miss such an opportunity. A dark void appeared, and with a few flashes, it lunged at the tense Reincarnator.
The woman did not hesitate. She tore open the scroll and decisively forced her departure from this world.
Among the first batch of Reincarnators, there were not a few intelligent ones. Seeing this team willing to risk mission penalties to forcibly withdraw, they immediately became alert.
Tika put down the golden Spear of Eternity, their eyes darting around as they thought of a way to disrupt the Reincarnators.
Outside the crystal sphere, Tika's main body extended its arms to embrace the world of Faerun, not hesitating to expend a large amount of divine power to temporarily sever the connection between the Reincarnators and the main gods.
The Reincarnators suddenly found that the invisible interface on their watches was fluctuating, a phenomenon that had never occurred before! A sense of crisis lingered in the hearts of the Reincarnators, like a bomb waiting to be detonated!
After a lone wolf tried to leave but received no response, the Reincarnators immediately fell into chaos. Several Reincarnators who possessed scrolls for forced departure immediately tore them open and returned. The remaining Reincarnators turned their attention to Ao, who had issued the mission.
Ao was helpless. While fighting the laws and the Old Gods, he could only call upon the power of the creator gods to break Tika's blockade.
Tika smiled slyly. Before the white light arrived, they released the blockade. Before the Reincarnators could breathe a sigh of relief, the recently repaired connection was severed again.
How could Ao not guess that it was a Reincarnator with the same authority as him causing trouble? His eyes sharpened, and he used the Tablet of Fate again, shattering the body of the sun god Amaunator, regardless of the cost.
The golden ring, representing the authority of the main god space, ensnared Selûne, who rushed to save him. The moon god's figure instantly disappeared, leaving this world for an infinitely distant and unknown place.
Shar and Yag-Kosha's expressions changed drastically. Amaunator was about to be resurrected after returning to his origin, but Selûne had completely disappeared from this world, and even the aura left in his origin was rapidly weakening!
One must know that Selûne's status as an Old God was only useful within the world of Faerun. Without the permission of the laws, he could not leave the world. However, the authority of multiple creator gods had broken through the obstruction of the laws and taken Selûne to an unknown place. Without the support of the laws, Selûne would lose his status as an Old God and become a powerful deity! Not to mention returning, it would be difficult for him to even preserve himself.
This was now a problem. Whether it was intentional or by chance, Ao had caused the law faction to completely lose an Old God combatant!
The spinning golden ring sped towards Shar. Shar transformed into an invisible darkness and merged with the night. The golden ring, having lost its target, turned and flew towards Yag-Kosha.
With the precedent of Selûne being moved, how could Yag-Kosha let the mysterious golden ring approach him! A dark cloak flew out, actively colliding with the golden ring!
His disguise did not deceive Ao. The golden ring moved like lightning, and it was about to strike Yag-Kosha!
