Chapter 352: Spirit Hall
"Later, kids. Your Senior Dave has something to do," Dave said.
Seeing Dave unable to escape from the ’cuteness army’ of children, Flander stepped in. He pulled Dave away while Dave bowed politely to the kids as he was led off.
"I guess something came up?" Dave asked.
Flander nodded. "Yeah. You should visit the Spirit Hall now. You’ve been here for a while, but you still haven’t used your visit."
Dave nodded as if remembering something important. "Don’t worry. I’m going," he said. Then he added, "By the way, when we get there, maybe get Xinxue and Signora to be teachers, while Yan can be a student."
Flander frowned slightly at the suggestion but didn’t say anything as he took care of some paperwork while Dave left to prepare.
The next day, Dave took the train down to the Spirit Hall city.
"Heh... I wonder how she’s doing?" he mumbled to himself, thinking about the last time he’d spoken with his acquaintances.

Two Years Ago
Just after the destruction of the Dark Heaven Clan.
Back at the beach, Dave was cooking when he suddenly received a System notification:
[Congratulation Host contributed 90% to the defeat of the Dark Heaven Clan. Host receives a Rewind Card (24 Hours).]
"Huh?" Dave muttered, tilting his head. This was new—he hadn’t gotten something like this before.
"So... I can go back in past at any time for 24 hours?" Dave said as a slow smirk formed. "Well, I know where to use it."
He took the card, activated it, and in a blink, he arrived in a hidden chamber of the Pope.
On the bed inside was the unconscious Bibi Dong, and not far away, a middle-aged man was removing his clothes.
"Perfect timing," Dave said, stepping forward.
"Whoa—who are you?! How did you get here?!" the man demanded.
Dave recognized him instantly—Qian Xunji, infamous online for the hidden chamber scandal where he planned to commit a vile act against his own apprentice. Dave knew this was the moment to act and protect Bibi Dong, changing the course of history so a mad woman would never be born.
"I am here to stop you" Dave said as he looked at him coldly, he himself is an playboy but he never force any woman, he respect them and them only if they allow then he climb in thier beds but forcing he has never done it.
Qian Xunji took a step back, frowning in confusion. "Do you have any idea who you’re talking to—"
He didn’t finish.
Dave moved like a thunderclap, his hand gripping the man’s collar before hurling him against the stone wall. The impact left a spiderweb crack in the masonry.
"I don’t care if you’re the Pope, the Emperor, or the King of the Heavens," Dave said, his voice low and cold. "You can have other women if they choose you. But not her. Not Bibi Dong. And even with any other woman, you never force them—you marry them first, you treat them with respect, and only then do you even think about touching them."
Qian Xunji snarled, "You—"
Dave’s fist slammed into his jaw, snapping his head to the side. Blood sprayed across the chamber.
"Who do you think you are?!" Dave barked, each word punctuated by another blow. A punch to the ribs. A knee to the gut. Another strike to the face that dropped him to his knees.
"This isn’t strength," Dave continued, grabbing the man by his hair and forcing him to look up. "This is weakness. Preying on someone helpless doesn’t make you powerful—it makes you lower than trash."
Qian Xunji tried to summon spirit energy, but Dave’s boot came down on his wrist, pinning him to the cold stone floor. The crack of bone echoed in the chamber.
Dave leaned down, his eyes glowing with cold fury. "I’ll beat some sense into you, so you remember this for the rest of your life."
And he did. Every strike was heavy, deliberate—not just to punish, but to carve the lesson deep into Qian Xunji’s bones. By the time Dave stepped back, the once-proud Pope was a groaning, battered heap on the ground, barely conscious.
Dave straightened his clothes, shot him one last glare, and said, "Touch her again, and you’ll wish you didn’t wake up next time."
Then he turned to the bed, checking on Bibi Dong, making sure she was still safe and breathing steadily.
"Hey, wake up, sleeping beauty," Dave said gently, placing a hand on her shoulder. His spirit power flowed into her, helping her consciousness return.
Her eyelids fluttered, and when she saw him, confusion flashed in her eyes. "Who are you? Why am I here? And... what happened to him?" She glanced past Dave, spotting the beaten and barely moving Qian Xunji.
"He was going to rape you," Dave said bluntly.
"What?!" she gasped, sitting up quickly despite her lingering dizziness. "Who are you? And why should I believe you?"
Dave didn’t flinch. "Because I have no reason to lie. And because you’re still lying here with your clothes intact—while that scum over there won’t be getting up anytime soon."
Bibi Dong’s eyes narrowed. She still looked uncertain, but his words carried weight.
Dave sighed and sat at the edge of the bed. "Listen, I don’t have much time. I only have a little longer in this... moment. I’m not from here—not from this time. When I became a god in the future, I used my power to come back and save you. You can search my face after I leave if you need proof."
She hesitated.
"You don’t have to trust me right away," Dave continued. "But remember my face. When the time comes in your future—when you meet me again—you’ll understand."
His expression hardened as he gestured toward Qian Xunji. "Also, don’t bother with that so-called ’master’ of yours. Yu Xiaogang isn’t the man you think he is—he left his clan in disgrace after being crippled in a duel, and the ’love’ he offers you will only lead to betrayal. One day, he’ll abandon you when you need him most."
Bibi Dong’s fists clenched, though the information was overwhelming.
