Bai Ye launched himself forward in a desperate lunge, only to be thrown back. The Xenomorph, re-energized, swayed and lashed out with its tail, striking the Predator's waist and sending it flying several meters away.
The three of them perfectly embodied the concept of a love-hate triangle.
However, the Xenomorph's fickle nature was evident. After knocking away the Predator, it immediately lunged at Bai Ye. Its gaping maw opened, and its tongue, like a sharp spike, shot out towards Bai Ye.
Bai Ye drew his Zanpakuto and swung it forcefully, severing the Xenomorph's tongue.

A piercing screech suddenly sounded. The Predator had gotten back on its feet, and its shoulder cannon fired.
With a boom, a beam of light erupted, striking the Xenomorph from behind and exploding.
Terrifying energy flooded the corridor. Amidst the explosions, both the Xenomorph and Bai Ye were blasted backward, tumbling from the corridor into a room.
Bai Ye gritted his teeth and pushed himself up with his hands.

Following the shoulder cannon blast, the Predator charged into the room and, without hesitation, relentlessly pursued the Xenomorph.
The Xenomorph's attacks lacked a specific target; any living creature would become a target.

The Xenomorph thrashed violently, scrambling around the room. The Predator, however, held on firmly, its grip unwavering. It wrenched open the Xenomorph's skull and plunged its arm in again, almost its entire limb disappearing inside.
Bai Ye's eyes lit up. Xenomorphs were hard to kill, but the Predator seemed to know a way to dispatch them easily.
The Xenomorph's massive head appeared to be completely covered by a carapace, but the spot the Predator was attacking was unprotected. Therefore, that must be the Xenomorph's weakness.
But...
Thwack!
Just as the Predator was about to succeed, the Xenomorph's tail whipped up and pierced its back.
In an instant, the Predator's body was impaled. The Xenomorph's tail had pinned the Predator through its torso. With a violent shake, it flung the Predator away.
With a crash, the Predator slammed into a nearby wall.
Roar, roar, roar...
Despite being flung away, the intense pain seemed to have completely enraged the Xenomorph. It charged forward furiously, intending to attack the Predator again.
