Bai Ye hung up the phone, then put on a pizza shop hat and walked towards the Investigation Bureau.

Arriving at the entrance, Bai Ye smiled and patted the insulated bag on his back before swaggering into the Investigation Bureau.

"Hello?"
"Director Gordon, it's me again..." Bai Ye said with a smile. "Are you sure you don't want to do as I say?"
Gordon frowned. "Who are you? What do you want? Are you with the Bikers?"
The six criminals he was asked to release were all members of the Bikers.
Bai Ye said, "That's not important. What you need to decide is whether to release them or not."
Gordon took a deep breath. "I've said it before, we will not bow to evil forces."
"Then that's truly regrettable," Bai Ye said. "You will pay the price for it!"
BOOM!
Almost the moment Bai Ye finished speaking, Gordon heard the sound of an explosion, and then the entire Investigation Bureau seemed to shake violently.

After shouting, Gordon angrily ran back to his office and roared, "Bastard! Do you know what you're doing? You dare to bomb the Investigation Bureau?"
The City of Sin was crazy, but this was the Investigation Bureau!
No criminal had ever been so brazen as to plant a bomb in the Investigation Bureau!
What was even more ironic was how did the perpetrator manage to do it? How could they have brought a bomb into the Investigation Bureau!
Bai Ye smiled. "Don't be so agitated. This is just a small welcome gift, Director Gordon. Are you planning to release those six criminals now?"
Gordon gritted his teeth. "Impossible! Absolutely impossible!"
Bai Ye said, "Director Gordon, I have more than one bomb in my hand."
Gordon immediately gasped. "I warn you..."
"No, no need to warn me," Bai Ye said. "I don't want you to release those six guys anymore. I want to change the terms. Within thirty minutes, you must execute those six criminals, or I will detonate another bomb."
Gordon was stunned. "What did you say?"
Wasn't this guy an accomplice of those criminals? Why would he want them executed?
"I said, within thirty minutes, execute those six criminals, or I'll detonate another bomb," Bai Ye said with a smile. "Director Gordon, I don't think this is a difficult task.
