Chapter 306: The Happiest Moment of His Life
Vladimir brought Athena to a floating restaurant as their first destination for the day. The restaurant was situated on a river, a few kilometers away from the bustling York City.
No other customers visited the restaurant today because Vladimir had reserved the entire restaurant exclusively for them.
"Wow, the floating restaurant looks so cool and nice. It feels refreshing to be closer to nature. Thanks, V," Athena appreciated Vladimir’s effort in finding this amazing restaurant.
"Let’s bring Aaron here next time!" she added in her elated voice.
"Yes, we can do that," Vladimir replied.
They were escorted to the boat that would transfer them to their floating cottage. Athena gasped upon seeing the table filled with freshly cooked seafood– grilled tuna belly, spicy buttered shrimps, scallops, and squids.
"Uhm, I suddenly feel hungry. I’m drooling," Athena said, letting out a soft giggle.
"Come. Let’s start digging in." Vladimir carefully guided her as he pulled the chair out for her.
Athena enjoyed the fresh air and the soothing sounds of the river flowing underneath them. She gazed through the wide open cottage window, admiring the blue sky and the sunshine.
The two of them began eating the main course.
"Do you like the food? How is it?" Vladimir asked her expectantly.
She chewed her food slowly to savor the taste. Her eyes lit up, and she gave him a thumbs-up sign.
"So yummy! I really like the food."
Vladimir could only smile as he watched her smile. He was glad to make her happy. He still couldn’t believe that Athena had finally become his girlfriend.
"V, why aren’t you eating? Here... taste this." Athena peeled off the prawn’s shell before feeding Vladimir.
Vladimir didn’t know what to say. He just parted his lips as Athena’s fingers plunged the prawn inside his mouth.
Before she could retrieve her fingers, Vladimir instinctively closed his lips, accidentally biting her. Athena didn’t mind it at all, and she just laughed it off.
"V... that’s not a prawn. Those are my fingers. Does my finger taste delicious, too?" Athena cracked some jokes, half of her fingers still trapped in his mouth.
As if hypnotized by her charming smile, Vladimir did something a little bit crazy. Instead of letting go of her fingers, he grabbed her wrist and he began sucking her fingers inside his mouth.
That action caught Athena off guard as she suddenly felt the tingling sensation that churned from within her stomach. Her cheeks turned scarlet red instantly when she met Vladimir’s intense gaze, his mouth still sucking on her fingers.
Athena swallowed hard as her body stiffened. Her heart started pounding so hard against her chest.
’Damn. Why did I suddenly feel so hot?’
There was something in Vladimir’s eyes that mesmerized her for a moment. Her mind went blank, but her senses heightened. She could feel the sensation spreading throughout her body as Vladimir continued to suck and lick her fingers in a very sensual manner.
Before she could stop it, her body had already reacted. She felt the dampening in the lower part of her body... the sensitive spot between her legs.
Her face became more flushed at the realization that she was aroused by Vladimir’s finger sucking and the penetrating gaze he was giving her right now.
"Ahem... V... My fingers... you are eating them..." Athena uttered shyly, telling him to let go.
Vladimir released her fingers from his mouth and licked his lips before saying, "Yummy, indeed. Can I have some more?" he was clearly referring to her fingers, not the food.
His last remark and intense gaze made her face blush further from embarrassment. She didn’t expect Vladimir to act naughtily while teasing her.
"V, you should peel your own prawn and eat," Athena replied as she smiled awkwardly.
Vladimir just let out a husky laugh. "Alright. In return, I’ll feed you."
Athena could only watch him helplessly. They continued eating until their desserts were served.
"The restaurant has a cabin just a few meters away from here. Let’s go there next. There is a beautiful flower garden beside it." Vladimir poured cold water into her glass.
"Sure. Let’s check it out," Athena responded enthusiastically.
"We can also watch the sunset from there." Vladimir couldn’t hide his excitement to bring her to that place.
The two of them spent another thirty minutes in the floating cottage before they returned to the riverbank.
Vladimir held her hand as he led her to the cabin. They decided to walk there to enjoy the surroundings. The birds chirped above them, and the butterflies flew around them.
Athena loved the quiet and serenity of the place. It gave her a relaxing feeling.
"Aren’t you bored? Are you still enjoying our date?" Vladimir asked her out of the blue. He was worried that he was not fun enough to entertain Athena.
Athena glanced at him and saw his anxious expression. She couldn’t help but giggle.
"Hey, V. Why are you so nervous? You are doing a great job. I’m enjoying our date... every little moment. You found a very nice place. I love it here." Her words reassured Vladimir, easing his worries.
"Thanks, Athena," he softly mumbled, holding her hand tightly.
It did not take long before they passed through the flower garden near the cabin. Athena stopped to admire the beautiful scenery around them.
"So many flowers... so majestic," she uttered as she darted her gaze around them. She stood there in awe of the breathtaking view of the garden.
The garden was filled with so many varieties of flowers. She could also smell the fragrance of the different flowers. The radiant garden glowed under the sunlight.
While Athena was engrossed in admiring her surroundings, Vladimir grabbed the opportunity to pick some red roses behind her.
When he was done, Vladimir hugged her from behind and raised his free hand to show her the three red roses.
"Flowers to the most beautiful woman in my life," he murmured in her ear.
Athena was taken aback for a moment as her body was engulfed in his arm, her back resting on his sturdy chest and his hot breath fanning her earlobe and neck.
Before she could react, Vladimir whispered sweet nothings in her ear. "Athena, I love you so much. Thank you for allowing me to be with you today. This is one of the happiest moments of my life. Before, it was just a dream... but my dream finally came true... because you are here with me... in my arms... as my woman."
