Chapter 104: Chapter 73: Attributes of the Light of the True God
Zhang Chen’s eyes swept over the grand tomb before him, the Luminous Pearl in his hand emitted a faint glow, like a hazy moon, filled with a unique mysterious allure.
"There is no longer any Power of the Strange in this tomb," Zhang Chen said as his Dharma Eye scanned the tomb, finding no trace of Power of the Strange, before closing his Dharma Eye.
The Dharma Eye could only see the Mysterious Power and could not help Zhang Chen enhance his vision in the dark.
Holding the Luminous Pearl, Zhang Chen slowly walked through the True Dragon Tomb, almost inching step by step to observe every detail and pattern within the True Dragon Tomb, desperately trying to recall the fragments of memory he had seen in the past.
"There doesn’t seem to be any mechanical traps within the True Dragon Tomb, nor any passages leading to the outside world, the only passage is that colossal bronze door."
Zhang Chen, holding the Luminous Pearl, came before the bronze door, a towering ten-zhang high structure, easily weighing hundreds of tons, something no mortal could push open. Even a crane would be helpless before this bronze door.
The bronze door fit so perfectly there were no gaps, the seams were like a line, exceptionally ornamental.
"But isn’t that strange? The tomb and its lair are sealed so tightly, theoretically, the oxygen within the True Dragon’s lair should have long been depleted, yet I feel no suffocation at all."
Zhang Chen scrutinized the bronze door for a while, finding no switch on it, before shifting his gaze and continuing to move inside the tomb.
After making a round through the tomb, Zhang Chen set his eyes on the cracks in the ground, which seemed ferocious and unfathomable.
"The crack is about forty meters deep, with a river flowing below. It’s an underground river!" Zhang Chen, now proficient in the Water Control Technique, could sense the water flow within fifty meters, quickly detecting the river flowing in the crack.
"The river is also quite rapid, it’s much deeper than my perception can reach, at least seven or eight meters deep. More importantly, there are actually fish in the water!" Zhang Chen carefully sensed the flow, feeling the fish swimming within, his eyes brightening further.
Where did the fish come from? It must connect to the outside, or the fish would not survive.
"Such a deep underground river must have a passage leading outside. If I want to escape, maybe I could follow the underground river." Zhang Chen’s eyes lit up. He dared not call for the Fox Spirit to shuttle him through the stone walls anymore; who in their right mind would dare ask the Fox Spirit to continue taking him through the stone walls?
Of course, if his plan succeeded, allowing him to successfully slay the Fox Spirit and enslave its soul, it wouldn’t matter.
Zhang Chen stared at the crack for a while, then thought to himself, "The underground river is my backup plan. If I can’t draw away the Fox Spirit’s soul, when I slay the Fox Spirit’s body, the Fox Spirit might go to extremes to fight me, leaving me to starve in the stone chamber. Then I could seize an opportunity to leave through the underground river."
Zhang Chen at this moment carefully inspected all his skills:
[Name: Zhang Chen]

Finally, Zhang Chen placed his gaze on the Dragon Qi: "My Dragon Qi has merged with the True Dragon Destiny, yet there seems to be no distinct change."
"What exactly is the use of this True Dragon Destiny?" Zhang Chen’s eyes looked at the True Dragon Destiny, a trace of doubt in his gaze, pondering for a long time without any insight, before hugging the Fox Spirit’s body and continuing to wander the tomb unhurriedly, hoping to find some discovery within the True Dragon Tomb.
Zhang Chen walked and stopped within the tomb, constantly observing the cracks beneath his feet. Those cracks in the tomb varied in size, some as wide as a meter, others only as wide as a palm, ripping through the tomb, clearly showing the immense strength of the earthquake from years past, otherwise, these rocks could not have been torn apart.
"The might of an earthquake is inherently strong, strong enough to tear continents. What is tearing a mountain?"
He observed the underground cracks, hoping to find an opportunity to enter the neighboring Princess’s tomb, but to his disappointment, there were no cracks leading to the Princess’s tomb.
"The Princess’s tomb is the true Great Creation. How can I enter the Princess’s tomb? Even if I got out, facing that bronze door and the dozens of meters thick blue stone, I definitely couldn’t dig through it. Moreover, this dragon called Ying, the True Dragon Tomb’s distance from the Princess’s tomb barrier is about three hundred meters, all of it is blue stone in between. I cannot possibly dig through these three hundred meters of blue stone." Zhang Chen looked at the bronze door again: "Unless I can open the bronze door. Opening the bronze door is equivalent to entering the Princess’s tomb. With the memory in my mind, I can easily make my way to the Princess’s tomb."
Thinking over and over, Zhang Chen returned to the bronze door. Even with explosives, he wouldn’t think of moving the solid bronze door. He was contemplating whether he could blast a gap at the linkage point between the bronze door and the blue stone, creating a passage, and then crawl through that passage.
