Chapter 2 The Mother of Three Children

Qin Shu opened her eyes and saw her surroundings. When she realized where she was, she was first bewildered.

Then a flood of unfamiliar memories rushed into her mind. Immediately after, she gritted her teeth and said, "I transmigrated? This is too much!"

She had transmigrated into the body of a foolish, infatuated woman who had just given birth to two children!

She didn't have time to sort through the other memories. All she knew was that she was severely injured and disfigured!

She gritted her teeth and used all her strength to stand up.

Just as she leaned against the stone wall, a sharp pain shot through her lower abdomen.

Qin Shu's eyes widened, "Could there be another one in my belly? Did I have triplets?"

Before she could think much, a dizzying, overwhelming pain swept through her abdomen.

As a baby's wail erupted, Qin Shu nearly fainted.

She caught the infant, gritted her teeth, and unlocked the chains binding her feet. Stumbling, she made her way towards the cave entrance.

Outside the cave, the sky was dark and gloomy, with the ominous signs of an approaching storm.

She clutched the baby tightly, her vision blurring. She was so weak she could barely stand, about to faint!

The only thing keeping her conscious was her willpower.

"Must save the baby... save my baby..."

Suddenly, a residual voice from the original owner echoed in her mind.

Qin Shu leaned against a large tree. She then remembered that one of the children had been declared a stillbirth by Yun Yueyin and was to be thrown out to be fed to wild dogs, obliterating all traces.

Although the original owner was foolish, she was a mother who protected her children, and that lingering obsession remained.

She closed her eyes and rested for a moment.

As soon as she opened them, ready to search, her legs gave out. Before she could fall, she was suddenly pushed from behind!

She was falling into a bottomless abyss!

Yun Yueyin's voice boomed from the cliff, "Good thing I came back for a look, or you would have escaped! To survive so many sword stabs, you're too resilient! Yun Shu! Die!"

The wind whistled past her ears as Qin Shu plummeted like a kite with a broken string, but she held the infant tightly.

The fierce wind carried her chilling words up towards the cliff.

"Yun Yueyin, if I live, I will personally send you to hell!"

Yun Yueyin heard this and laughed maniacally, "A fool like you wants to fight me? Try in your next life! Now I'm sending you to hell!"

Around them, the night gradually fell silent.

...

Four years later.

At a pavilion three li outside the capital.

Standing in the pavilion, one could almost see the entire capital.

"Master, the young master has run into the city. This is the letter he hid along the way." Jing Heng entered the pavilion and reported to a woman with a graceful figure and an ethereal aura.

The woman's voice was languid as she said, "A letter? Give it to me."

"Yes."

The woman took the letter and looked down. A few short words: "Going to settle accounts with the scumbag dad!"

The woman was Yun Shu. She frowned at the crooked characters on the paper, and four years had passed in the blink of an eye!

She had returned to avenge the original owner!

She also had to find her other child!

As for the infant Yun Yueyin had thrown to the wild dogs, she would definitely avenge that child!

"Master, should we send someone to the Night King's mansion to find the young master?" Jing Heng asked.

Yun Shu raised her eyebrows coldly, "Catch that brat for me."

"Yes!"

...

Night King's Mansion.

In front of the mansion gates.

A small figure hid behind a large tree, his bright, round eyes staring at the movements of the Night King's mansion.

He held something wrapped in white cloth that was still squirming.

"Why hasn't that scumbag appeared yet?"
