Some of the bolder ones, despite the handsome guest having a beautiful woman by his side, directly ignored her and approached Li Ye.
A slender white finger adorned with red nail polish lightly traced Li Ye's clothing.
A server carrying a glass of wine happened to pass by. She casually picked up a glass of red wine, swirled it gently, and then took a sip with her fiery red lips.
Then, holding the wine glass she had drunk from, she offered it to Li Ye's lips: "Guest, would you do me the honor of accompanying me to a private room?"
Li Ye pushed the wine glass away with a cold expression: "I'm sorry, I have mysophobia."
This woman had never failed before. After all, she was bolder than others, and her tight sequined dress could barely contain the softness of her chest.
What man wouldn't like these two mounds of flesh? But today, she had stumbled upon a tough nut to crack.
Her face turned pale then red. She shot Ning Wei a hateful glance, then turned and left in frustration.
This was just a small interlude, neither Ning Wei nor Li Ye paid it any mind.
Next, a server approached, "May I ask if the guest has a reservation?"
Li Ye, with his arm around Ning Wei, didn't even glance at the server: "A friend said there was fun to be had here. I just came to see."
Upon hearing this, the server understood.
This guest was a first-timer and wasn't yet familiar with Pink Crystal.
He smiled mysteriously, "There's plenty of fun here. I don't know what the guest prefers. How about I arrange a spot for you to look around first?"
Li Ye nodded casually.
The server immediately led the way, and they soon arrived in a corner.
It turned out that the entire perimeter of the main hall was lined with sofas and coffee tables, and it was very dimly lit; the spotlights didn't reach here, making it ideal for conducting business.
Most importantly, although there was no light, the line of sight was excellent, allowing one to see everything around, especially the performance on stage.
The server retrieved a menu with intertwined gold and red colors from under the coffee table and placed it respectfully on the table: "May I ask what drinks the guest would like?"
Li Ye pulled Ning Wei to sit down and casually glanced at the server, saying, "Two glasses of champagne for me."
The server hurried off to arrange it. While he was gone, Ning Wei grabbed the menu.
The first page listed various drinks, with prices marked, all of them incredibly expensive.
The second page had assorted snacks and fruits, also exquisitely presented.
The third page was different. The paper was black, with golden lettering on it, detailing the prices for different private rooms.
At the end of the menu were photographs of different women, with their code names below, not their names.
Ning Wei found a familiar face on a whole page. Especially the tear mole under the person's eye was identical to the mirror ghost in their room.
However, photos could be misleading, so it was necessary to call the real person out to verify.
Since entering, Ning Wei had become increasingly certain of the establishment's purpose.
No wonder she was wearing such clothes; it was preparation to enter here.
Thinking back to the red-dressed female ghost in the mirror, it made sense why she was radiating her charm. It was for work. Perhaps this behavior was ingrained, and even after death, she wouldn't forget her work.
In a way, she was quite dedicated.
Ning Wei glanced at the woman's number, written in gold as 33.
Ning Wei pointed at the photo and said to Li Ye, "This person is likely the female ghost from the mirror. Ask the server to call her out so we can verify her identity. Since she was trapped in that room, she might have experienced something before she died."
Seeing this familiar face, Ning Wei knew they had entered another space, likely the past of the hotel.
And it was such a coincidence that they quickly discovered the hotel's secret.
If they hadn't been drawn into this place by the mirror, they might never have discovered the hidden floor between the hotel's levels.
Li Ye understood Ning Wei's intentions. When the server arrived with the champagne, he beckoned him over and whispered a few words in the server's ear.
The server immediately showed a knowing expression. He asked Li Ye to wait a moment and then quickly turned and went into a private room in the shadows.
Shortly after, the server returned with number 33.
At this moment, she didn't recognize Ning Wei, so she didn't show any displeasure upon seeing her.
Her gaze was entirely fixed on Li Ye. Just a few minutes ago in the changing room, she had heard her sisters discussing how a very handsome man had arrived tonight.
Furthermore, one of her sisters had boldly approached him for an introduction, but the honey trap had failed on this handsome man, and she returned unsuccessful, becoming a laughingstock.
She hadn't expected her luck to be so good tonight, getting to accompany such a handsome man.
The server left after bringing the woman over, leaving only number 33 and Li Ye.
She was wearing the same outfit as in the mirror – the familiar red dress, high heels, and her toenails painted a seductive cherry red.
She ignored Ning Wei beside Li Ye and provocatively introduced herself: "Good evening, guest. My name is Shanshan. I'm delighted to spend a pleasant night with you."
After speaking, she plopped down on Li Ye's other side and deliberately bent over, touching her fair thigh.
Her angle was calculated, exposing the alluring view beneath her dress directly to Li Ye's eyes.
This move had never failed before. Shanshan looked at Li Ye expectantly, but he remained motionless, not reacting as she had imagined.
A momentary awkwardness flashed across her face, and she could only reach up as if to adjust the hair that had fallen onto her face.
Li Ye's role was simply to summon Shanshan; Ning Wei would handle the rest.
In any case, no one would pay attention to this place, and the music upstairs was loud, so their conversation wouldn't be overheard.
Ning Wei pulled Li Ye aside and sat down with Shanshan.
Shanshan, looking at Ning Wei, who was dressed similarly, assumed they were in the same profession. However, since she had never seen Ning Wei at Pink Crystal before, she guessed that Ning Wei was brought in by a guest from outside.
Pink Crystal didn't prohibit guests from bringing escorts, so Shanshan was accustomed to it.
Some guests had peculiar tastes and would even bring three or four escorts here, then choose one they found appealing, have a couple of drinks, and head to the rooms upstairs for business.
Ning Wei whispered in Shanshan's ear, "Can you go to the rooms upstairs?"
She wanted to confirm if Shanshan had died in one of the rooms. If so, then one of the corpses within the walls would undoubtedly be hers.
