Chapter 1243: Chapter 1242: Taking Advantage of Me
This young woman’s surname is Sun, name Hui, and she is the manager of this western restaurant. She’s busy right now, and when the waitress said a customer was insisting on seeing her, Sun Hui could only come over and politely ask, “Sir, is there something you need from me?”
“Who are you?”
“I’m the manager here, Sun Hui.”
“Your waitress just disrespected my friend, saying my friend couldn’t afford to eat here and should leave. I just want an apology from you.”

Sun Hui was unaware of Ye Qiu’s identity. He was dressed ordinarily, not like a wealthy person or an official’s offspring, but sitting next to him were two people. One was Xia Tiantian in a princess dress and the other was Ling Fei in a white dress. Particularly, Xia Tiantian’s appearance made it obvious that she wasn’t dressed like someone without money.
“Sir, I’ll have her come over to apologize to you.”
Sun Hui quickly said.
She wasn’t afraid that Ye Qiu would actually buy the place, but if this young man really wanted to, the owner might not even agree.
When Sun Hui called the waitress over to apologize to Ling Fei, the waitress reluctantly apologized and left.
“Sir, miss, what would you like to order?”
“Just bring out the best food, don’t waste our time.”
“Yes, sir.”
Sun Hui quickly left.
Xia Tiantian knew Ye Qiu was rich, and so did Ling Fei, but Ye Qiu’s simple attire was unknown to Sun Hui and the waitress, who probably thought Ye Qiu was just pretending to be rich.
“Mr. Ye, are you really planning to buy this place?”
Xia Tiantian hugged Ye Qiu’s arm intimately and asked.
“What do you think?”
“It’d be great if you bought it. Then whenever we come here, we wouldn’t be mistreated.”
Ye Qiu wasn’t joking. Just like when he bought a driving school for Ye Xue to practice driving; it wasn’t to make money but to prevent Ye Xue from being wronged.
He had billions in cash, not yet spent, so buying this western restaurant didn’t count for much.
After more than ten minutes, the waitress served the so-called best dishes to Ye Qiu and his friends, which were actually just steaks and the like.

As Ye Qiu, Ling Fei, and Xia Tiantian sat and ate, after finishing, when they called the waitress to pay, Sun Hui came and said, “Sir, this meal is on me.”
Naturally, it was to apologize for what happened earlier and so she wanted to offer the meal for free.
But, Ye Qiu didn’t want to take advantage of others.
“I’m not short of this money. If it happens again, don’t blame me if I buy the place directly.”
Sun Hui smiled, unconcerned, while the other customers around found it amusing.
Could this young man in simple clothes really be rich and not just pretending?
Ye Qiu went to settle the bill, which came close to fifteen hundred. In reality, there wasn’t much worth eating, and you could say it was a bit pricey.
At the front desk, when Xia Tiantian went to pay, Ye Qiu directly took out his card to pay.
The cashier saw the string of numbers on the card and was truly shocked.
“Sir, it’s done.”
Ye Qiu took back his card, and as he, Ling Fei, and Xia Tiantian left, the cashier remembered that string of numbers, surely more than nine digits, how much money was that!
“That gentleman really had money.”
The cashier whispered to another cashier.
“No way?”

Ye Qiu, Ling Fei, and Xia Tiantian went outside, and now Xia Tiantian was pulling Ye Qiu and Ling Fei towards the water park to play.

“Then let’s go.”

Ye Qiu, Ling Fei, and Xia Tiantian each put on life jackets, the three sat in the same small boat, and began drifting down the current.

Having the time, they really should spend more time taking her out to play.
“Tiantian is nice, just loves to play.”

“That’s because she never got to play before. Even though her family seems well-off, it’s actually like any ordinary family, perhaps even less so. She’s never been out playing with her parents.”
Seeing Li Fei, Ye Qiu knew he was a workaholic, and as for Xia Lan, she was timid, unlikely to have brought her daughter out to play.
