"This is a tribulation from before the Three Great Kalpas, causing all phenomena in the world to suffer and decay, without beginning or end."

"Mahavairocana, I will use this endless Kalpa to send you into extinction, destroying you in this delusional realm of decaying suffering, never to escape."

Vajrapani Hūṃkāra cast all these distorted phenomena, these decaying images, into the torrent of karma, causing this pure land that transcends time yet reflects all things to become turbid and defiled.

Mahavairocana put his hands together, seeing through the root of this tribulation:

"The world cannot find someone who can witness the torrent of karma in the Buddhist Dharma, someone who can be equal to the Buddha. Therefore, the one Vajrapani Hūṃkāra truly wants to kill is the Buddha."

But now the Buddha is at the origin of dependent arising, which is even more inexplicable than the torrent of karma, and even the method of verification is unknown to the world. As for himself and Vajrapani Hūṃkāra, they are entangled in the difficulty of a single cause.

Because of this difficulty of a single cause, he prevents Vajrapani from ultimately proving the original.

But also because of this difficulty of a single cause, Vajrapani Hūṃkāra has obtained something unprecedented.

At the beginning, the North Pole True Lord mastered the Vajra Seal. Once the North Pole True Lord proves the Buddhist Dharma, the position of the original will immediately manifest, because the other party is a Jade Purity cultivator manifested in the world, and the Vajra Seal borrows the Primordial nature on him to see the original.

The holder of the Vajra Seal is his manifested body.

Whatever Buddhist Dharma the North Pole understands, the Vajra Seal obtains that Buddhist Dharma. Whatever Buddhist principles the North Pole knows, the Vajra Seal understands. All of this is to borrow the Primordial to illuminate the original.

But the North Pole did not prove Buddhahood, nor even see the torrent of karma, because the North Pole finally entered the Heavenly Heart by comprehending Da Luo with his future self, and the things that followed...

He proved it, proved into the torrent of karma, and the Vajrapani Hūṃkāra Seal was transferred to the Green Ram. He is also a thing of Jade Purity, a wicked thing of Jade Purity, possessing the nature of Primordial.

"So it is! I didn't want to kill you, nor did I want to kill the North Pole, but now, the Jade Purity experts are fighting so fiercely that even the old time has been obliterated, and you have proven into the torrent of karma, obtaining the qualifications to achieve the original."

"I cannot see the Buddha, and your relationship with me is so close, tell me, how can I not harm you?"

Vajrapani Hūṃkāra's voice was full of regret:

"Facing an existence that has reached your level is like facing the Buddha, an existence that has reached the pinnacle in a great Dao. An expert of my Heavenly Heart level cannot stir up any waves in front of you. It's a pity that I have mastered the endless Kalpa and also obtained a method that does not exist in this world."

"You've got it backwards. You obtained the method of delusion, so you can evolve the endless Kalpa."

The voice of the Twelve Jade Purity followed closely: "But the method of delusion is also not something you can use freely. Just as you yourself said, you are just a Heavenly Heart!"

"Without the years of time, past and future, even the Heavenly Dao no longer exists, what use is the Heavenly Heart!"

The old time has been completely sealed off, and there is no place for the old Heavenly Heart in the new time. That piece of past and future that reflects their traces no longer exists. Even if there are still records in the torrent of karma, these are just "cause and effect."

Cause represents the past, and effect represents the future, but they only symbolize the beginning and end of things. The entire process of development in between can certainly continue to be recorded with cause and effect, but without the power of the past and future, they cannot form time. They also need fate to string them together.

Incomplete Four Symbols means that the Dao does not continue. Then, the Heavenly Heart, which relies on the complete Four Symbols of the old time to be all-powerful, no longer has the divine power to reverse the past and reflect the future in the torrent of karma.

"If I cannot succeed, I will transform into an image of delusion, become a product of fantasy, and no longer appear in the real time, unable to leave any traces even within karma. I have long been aware of this."

Vajrapani Hūṃkāra's tone was very calm: "This is when you know it cannot be done, but you still insist on doing it."

Mahavairocana and the Twelve Jade Purity were silent for a moment.

The old time is sealed off, and the new time refuses his entry. He chased after the power of the original to this place, not hesitating to transform into a container carrying the endless Kalpa. There is no way to turn back. A Heavenly Heart realm has no way to retreat at this time.

"Heavenly Heart, it really is the wrong path. In the old time, in the known Heavenly Dao, it is called a half-body, but it cannot exist independently from the Heavenly Dao. Although a higher level of realm cannot appear easily, once it appears, it will be a catastrophe for the Heavenly Heart."

"Unable to reach the great power of self-transforming the Four Symbols, indulging in the illusion of controlling the Four Symbols and unable to extricate themselves, reversing the past and reflecting the future, thinking they are omnipotent. There were many people like me in the world."

"Even now, there are still many. They are still thinking of going to the new time, never giving up."

Vajrapani Hūṃkāra sighed: "Before, the Alchemist invited me to go to the Divine and Strange World. Although people who enter the Divine and Strange World, whether Buddhist, Daoist, or even Christian, will become new 'Alchemists'..."

"But if it is to survive, that is a trivial matter that need not be cared about."

"That is probably like this inexplicable place. Even if the old time is completely sealed off, one can safely pass through that disaster, and even if one cannot enter the new time, one will not end up where I am now."

"But I didn't go. This is not because I don't want to live, but since I have cultivated to this point, even if it is just a small Heavenly Heart realm, having schemed for thousands of years, I always want to try my best to fight for something."

"For this, even if it means killing fellow Daoists, even if it means transforming into a great tribulation, even if it means corrupting karma, I will not hesitate."

Striving for so many years is for an obsession in my heart. Can't this obsession be realized when the old time is sealed off?

At least, I have to fight once.

"The Dao is fought for."

The Twelve Jade Purity's tone changed: "It seems that I underestimated you. I don't think someone like you should have come to this torrent of karma, and even less should you have the ability to prove into the Pre-Absolute Word."

"But now, although you still cannot prove the Pre-Absolute Word, perhaps it is because of this obsession that your thoughts are everywhere. Perhaps, it is not Mahavairocana who is attracting you, but your own obsession, enough for you to see the torrent of karma."

Mahavairocana didn't say anything.

The current Vajrapani Hūṃkāra is exactly the same as himself in the past.

Indeed, that may be the obsession that both he and Vajrapani Hūṃkāra share, to prove the original. If he had not come to the torrent of karma, on the dead end of the world being sealed off, would he have made the same choice as Vajrapani Hūṃkāra, choosing to fight one last time?

Even if there is a chance to live and continue to the next time, he would be willing to give it up.

"Perhaps I am the same as you, saying I give up, but in the torrent of karma, my obsession still exists. This means that I have not truly let go."

"Since you are going to ask the Buddha in death, I will respond with the Qi of Extinction."

Mahavairocana's body glowed with the light of karma. He took the initiative to throw himself into that decaying karma. The entire torrent shook, and Mahavairocana, who had reached the same level as the Buddha, restored and corrected the endless Kalpas evolved by Vajrapani Hūṃkāra. The two great Buddhas unfolded an endless game in this karmic extremity of the world.

Until that strand of fate fell from a place even further away.

I don't know how long it has passed, or perhaps, it has only just passed in an instant.

"When the cause arises, the effect is destined."

The Twelve Jade Purity turned their heads and, following that strand of fate, saw the Thirteen Jade Purity.

Ji Xiang appeared in the torrent of karma. He looked at the two Buddhas playing against each other and reached out to draw away their "effect."

The destined effect.

"In this way, it is the correct theory of the Buddhist Dharma. From the beginning of the endless Kalpa, to the end without an effect."

"All things in the world have no beginning and no end."

Ji Xiang took this image of the effect and turned it into a ball of light, taking it away as the last image of the Four Symbols of the new world. That was the future of Mahavairocana and Vajrapani Hūṃkāra both entering extinction but leaving behind a unified Buddha-fruit, and this future is destined not to happen.

"Taking away the future, never proving the original."

The Twelve Jade Purity called out to Ji Xiang: "You see me, and you are not surprised at all, nor do you have anything you want to ask?"

Ji Xiang turned his head: "The last Jade Purity cultivator in the world, your fate is not in the old time, so we cannot see you, and Mr. Gu cannot find you either. I think you are probably a foreigner like the Supreme Lord, or like me, a remnant image cast from other old times."

"But now, the First Jade Purity no longer exists, and the identity of the Jade Purity cultivator is no longer important. Your origin, your destination, are also insignificant to me."

"As for taking away the future and not proving the original."

"Wrong. The original they want to prove is not the original Buddha, not the Buddha-thought of the beginning of all beings, but the First Cause. Since it is the First Cause, then it cannot be proven towards the 'effect'. So taking away their effect, they are only left with the cause, then they will naturally achieve the 'Original Buddha'."

As Ji Xiang's words fell, Mahavairocana and Vajrapani Hūṃkāra both disappeared into the torrent of karma, and even the endless Kalpa was gone.

The Twelve Jade Purity: "Where did they go?"

Ji Xiang: "Perhaps, they are now before the endless Kalpa, at the time when the tribulation began, in the realm of delusion, in the reality within. After all, even delusion is in the First Cause."

"Twelve Jade Purity, I will also leave again, perhaps in the future, we will have a time to meet again."
