San Tian Liang Jiao
Monthly Preview: 1606
Recently, I've felt that three full attendance leave slips are a bit insufficient, but a new month of full attendance is already looming.
Of course, no matter what, the game will continue, until the end of the book. Rest assured, everyone; if you have the ability to get me to the top of the category every month, I have the ability to update like this every month.
So, what will the situation be like in June...?
First of all, I went out to play yesterday to celebrate Children's Day (as if I were a child), so the first leave slip has already disappeared.
Secondly, *A Second-Rate Detective and a Cat* is still being serialized as a special edition in the physical book; regarding this issue's story, I'm considering whether to write a case that is divided into three or even four parts, because the previous form of only dividing it into two parts always feels like the plot is a bit rushed.
Next, let's talk about the plot of *Thriller Paradise* this month.
The "Memories of Summer" script, which is already more than halfway through, was inspired by my last escape room outing, but the mechanisms and plots I wrote are no longer closely related to that escape room...
Although there was a preview before saying that I would write a script related to the main storyline this time, it seems that there is no room for the main storyline to intervene in the actual writing, so I decided... never mind.
I will try to end this script in early June, and then enter a single-player script to advance the main storyline... at least, that's what I'm thinking now.
At present, I am mainly conceiving the plot of the Yu Chao League—regarding the hidden line in this "free exploration mode," I had already figured out how to fill the pit and had already laid the groundwork in the initial settings. My plan is... to let Feng Bujue return to this mode before autumn and bring this storyline to a close.
Okay, about the plot, what I want to say, what I can say... is all this.
Do you all feel that today's previews are more about the big picture plot planning?
In fact, this is normal, after all, the story of *Thriller Paradise* has entered its final stage.
This year can be said to be a year of filling pits. The days that this book can accompany everyone will not be too long. We have finally reached the point where we can say "read one month, and there is one less month to read."
Objectively speaking, this book... has indeed been written for a very long time, even it can be said to be too long; the feeling of fatigue brought about by the excessive length is obviously constantly increasing. In the later stages, the stories I spend a lot of energy writing may not get as good feedback as the stories I write casually in the early stages.
For me personally, this is a kind of learning and tempering, because it is also the first time I have written such a long novel. The two novels I wrote before were completed at around 1.2 million words, while the number of words in *Thriller Paradise* at the end will definitely exceed 4 million; moreover, I really don’t know how to write so-called "upgrades" and "routines," and use a "outline that only exists in my head" to lay such a long line. Looking back at myself, I feel incredible.
To this day, I can say—I will maintain and improve the advantages of this book; and I think the shortcomings of this book are more valuable and can become an experience that allows me to improve.
But in any case, the overall story of *Thriller Paradise* can be said to be a fait accompli; if you want to stay on this ship until the end, you have to take both the parts you like and the parts you don't like...
That's right, I'm here to give everyone a preventive shot, because in the final stage of the story, especially in the main storyline, there may be some plot twists that will surprise you very much.
Well... I've written so much without realizing it. I feel like if I continue, I will reveal something very serious.
So, this preview ends here, and we'll see you next month.
