Chapter 220: Chaos Bank
Ethan entered the Chaos City using the Chaos Human identity, but he could not do that here, as the Chaos Bank also had a Tier 16 backing them up.
So Ethan showed his real identity. The receptionist was surprised. A person from a low-level cosmic universe could enter the Chaos City? How come?
But she did not have any right to judge. Ethan being here meant he was worthy to be here.
"Okay, sir. You will need 10 Chaos Coins to create an account."
1 Chaos Coin = 10 billion High Universal Coins = 100 billion Mid Universal Coins = 1 trillion Low Universal Coins.
Ethan was from a lower universe and he would have to possess one trillion coins. Actually, it was not universal coins, but treasures of the same amount.
Coins did not have any use here.
Ethan took out a Tier 12 Space Behemoth body, or rather a part of its body.
Instantly the receptionist stood up. It was a Space Behemoth, a damn real Space Behemoth which could only be found in the Dark Universe and with great luck.
This gentleman had just taken out a part of it.
She asked, "Sir, do you have a carcass of a Space Behemoth?"
Ethan smiled. "Are you capable enough to negotiate with me? Why don’t you call your higher-up?"
He knew the price of a Tier 12 Space Behemoth: at least 100 billion Chaos Coins.
That was richie rich out here.
She said in a hurry, "Of course, sir. Please come with me and wait in the VIP room while our manager comes to you."
Ethan nodded at her and followed.
She took Ethan to a luxurious room and asked him to wait for a while.
After she left, one minute later five beautiful maids from different races came inside the room with different food.
Ethan did not stand on ceremony. He tasted all of the food. While he was eating, he heard a knock on the door.
"May I come in, sir?"
Ethan gave him permission.
A man entered the room. He had an octopus head and a human body, but he looked sophisticated.
A Tier 10 life form.
He said, "I am Boron. It is nice to meet you, sir. I heard you have a Space Behemoth carcass with you. May I know which Tier it is?"
Ethan said, "It is nice to meet you too. I indeed have a Space Behemoth carcass and it is a Tier 12."
Boron’s eyes instantly widened. A Tier 12?
That would be worth more than 100 billion Chaos Coins.
He thought maybe a Tier 10 or so, but it was actually a Tier 12.
"Sir, may I please see it?" he asked politely.
Ethan looked at him and asked, "Here?"
Boron said, "Oh, I am sorry. Would you please come with me, sir?"
Ethan said, "Sure."
Then he followed Boron.
After walking for three minutes, Boron took Ethan into a room and asked him to put the carcass in the glass pond there.
That was a space treasure. Size did not matter to it. Any size could be put inside.
Cough! Cough!
It sounded so vulgar.
Ethan then put the carcass in the pond.
He could clearly see the galactic-sized Space Behemoth finely fitted there.
The carcass was floating in the pond.
Boron was looking at the carcass with fascination in his eyes.
"Sir, would you like to auction it or directly sell it to us? We are okay with either one."
"Auction? When will it occur?" Ethan asked, raising his brow.
Boron said with a smile, "Tonight we have a grand auction, sir. You have come at the right time. We will not take any percentage from you."
"Oh? Then put it in the auction. Give me the time and venue."
"Okay, sir. The time is 7 p.m. and the venue is here. Someone will escort you to the auction house."
Then Boron produced a paper and handed it to Ethan.
Ethan saw everything was in order and left.
Before leaving, he asked, "I do not have any money, so can my bank account be opened before and you can take the money later? Also give me one million Chaos Coins."
Boron did not even hesitate and processed everything very quickly.
Ethan got a VIP account and five million Chaos Coins in it. Boron had given him four million extra.
After leaving the bank, Ethan went to a real estate building to buy property.
He would probably live here for a while.
Ethan bought a luxurious villa in the city with 2.3 million Chaos Coins. Then he renovated the villa with 0.7 million more.
He used a total of 3 million Chaos Coins here.
"Po, should we search for your parts right now or should we wait until we get the money?"
"Boss, there is no hurry. Let us wait. Let us tour the city." Ethan took out Vayn from his inner star.
Vayn was cultivating inside a time field there.
Ethan concealed his presence before taking him out.
"Vayn, this is the Chaos City. Have you ever come here?"
Vayn was sitting on Ethan’s shoulder and looking at everything with astonishment. He had been bored out of his wit’s end.
But now, finally, he could see the outside world without fear.
"No, I have not. My father said he would take me here on my fourth birthday and would gift me a Bloone Evolution Serum too."
"There are serums which can help you grow quickly? Do you need to be four years old for that?"
Vayn said, "Not necessarily. But four years is the perfect age for us to embark on power. So we normally do not use any power-boosting materials before then. Only exercise and such things."
Ethan nodded. That made sense. But he could buy them first; once Vayn turned four, he would provide him with resources and he would be able to become powerful fast.
Just as Ethan and Vayn were walking, he heard the voice of a girl. "Hey, you! Stop right there."
