The man, agitated, halted his attack and looked at Wang Ming on the chair outside, saying irritably, "How is that possible? My dear, don't overthink it. I've been attacking with all my might."
"But..." the woman was still somewhat frightened.
"My dear, rest assured, at this distance, that fellow can't hear us," the man patiently reassured her.
Hearing the man say this, the woman finally relaxed.
Seeing this, the man was about to exert himself again when the woman suddenly stopped him, "Darling, why do I feel a chill down my spine?"
The man was at his wit's end. Remaining cocked and unfired was unbearable for anyone. Just as he was about to force a shot, he also felt a chill on his back.
The man couldn't help but turn his head. He saw a face behind him, or rather, a deathly pale face, that hadn't been there before.
The face was devoid of any blood, its mouth stretched into a grin, tongue lolling out in a lecherous expression.
The man glanced at the lower half of the face, and his own turned instantly pale. He froze in place, terrified.
The woman in front also sensed something was wrong and turned to look.
Upon clearly seeing what was beneath the face, the woman screamed, "Ah!!"
The face had no legs below it, only two skeletal structures supporting it.
Wang Ming, who was sitting cross-legged on the chair, heard the scream and his eyes snapped open. He simultaneously looked towards the small grove, "Ghostly energy!"
Perhaps startled by the woman's scream, the man pulled up his pants and grabbed the woman, then bolted out of the grove.
But the moment they took a step, they felt as if something had grabbed their feet, making them unable to move.
The malevolent ghost slowly approached them, eventually turning towards the woman, its hoarse voice saying, "Woman, it's a woman. I haven't tasted fresh meat in a long time."
The woman, terrified, collapsed onto the ground. She instinctively tried to retreat, desperately crying out for help, "Darling, save me!"
The man stood frozen in place, wanting to rush forward but unable to move his feet.
Just as the malevolent ghost reached out to grab the woman's chest, a figure suddenly lunged forward, shouting, "Evil creature, give up your life!"
The malevolent ghost looked at the figure that had suddenly appeared. Upon seeing it was a monk, it turned and fled in terror.
As the malevolent ghost turned, Wang Ming had already condensed the Great Vajra Palm and unleashed it.
*Bang!*
The Great Vajra Palm struck the malevolent ghost squarely on the back, scattering its ghostly energy.
Seeing that the malevolent ghost had not dissipated after taking a blow from the Great Vajra Palm, Wang Ming was slightly surprised, "Quite thick-skinned, aren't you."
The malevolent ghost ignored its injuries and transformed into a wisp of smoke, drifting out of the grove.
Wang Ming saw this and stepped forward to pursue.
A moment later, only the young couple remained in the grove, looking at each other.
The man swallowed and said noncommittally, "How about we go back to the hotel to finish what we started?"
Meanwhile.
The figure continued to flee deeper into the park, with Wang Ming in close pursuit.
The malevolent ghost ahead suddenly stopped and turned around.
Seeing this, Wang Ming also stopped, a characteristic evil smile appearing on his face.
The malevolent ghost glared fiercely at Wang Ming and spoke, "You damned bald donkey, are you determined to hunt me down to the last?"
Wang Ming clasped his hands together and smiled faintly, "Amitabha. Good and evil are irreconcilable. If I hadn't encountered you, it would be none of my business. But since we've met, I must send you to the Western Paradise."
The malevolent ghost looked at Wang Ming, its expression chillingly sinister, "Very well. If that's the case, then I have no choice."
After speaking, the malevolent ghost looked towards the dark forest beside it, "Come out, all of you."
As soon as its voice fell, a gust of eerie wind swept through. In the blink of an eye, over ten ghostly figures appeared beside the malevolent ghost.
Wang Ming surveyed the ten-plus malevolent ghosts that had suddenly appeared.
Two were Sha Gui, and the rest were Li Gui.
Dealing with them wouldn't be a problem.
One of the Sha Gui looked at the malevolent ghost leaking ghostly energy nearby and said, "What's going on with you, fellow? How did you provoke this bald donkey?"
The malevolent ghost beside it replied somewhat innocently, "You can't blame me. I haven't had a meal in so long, and a young couple was doing their thing right under my nose. How could I resist?"
The Sha Gui next to it retorted irritably, "A pervert can't change his ways, like a dog can't stop eating shit."
Seeing them chatting so merrily, Wang Ming chuckled, "Amitabha. I have matters to attend to. Please, all of you, attack me together. Perhaps the ticket to hell will be discounted, but I suspect you won't even make it to hell, as you'll be utterly annihilated."
Hearing these provocative words, the assembled malevolent ghosts eagerly rubbed their hands together and charged forward.
Wang Ming didn't want to waste any more words with these minor figures. He stomped his foot on the ground and charged forward, golden light flashing in his hand.
The Li Gui charging at the forefront was instantly annihilated by the Great Vajra Palm Wang Ming unleashed.
Seeing the situation turn dire, the other malevolent ghosts turned to flee, but it was already too late.
Wang Ming once again condensed the Great Vajra Palm and hurled it at the nearest Li Gui.
*Bang!*
In just a moment, only two Sha Gui remained on the battlefield.
These two ghosts knew Wang Ming's power. They exchanged glances, preparing to flee in separate directions.
Wang Ming smiled faintly, "Gentlemen, there's no need to struggle. You cannot escape today. How about I grant you a swift end?"
The two ghosts knew their fate was sealed. Since death was inevitable, they might as well fight the damned bald donkey before them.
Perhaps there was still a slim chance of survival.
On the other side.
On a street selling all sorts of snacks, Yu Daohen was strolling with Zhou Fu.
Zhou Fu looked at Yu Daohen beside him and asked, "Master, do we have a specific purpose for coming here?"
Yu Daohen looked at Zhou Fu and said calmly, "No matter what you do, you need to balance work and rest. Relax appropriately. There are snacks sold all around. Eat whatever you want. Master is treating today."
Zhou Fu looked at Yu Daohen, feeling that his master was hiding something from him.
Yu Daohen lowered his head, lost in thought.
He had already killed the people from the Divine Religion. He had also eliminated all the malevolent ghosts who knew about the entrance to hell.
Logically speaking, everyone who knew about this matter had been eradicated.
But why had he been feeling uneasy for the past two days, as if something were about to happen?
After wandering the snack street for a while, the two left.
As they walked onto a deserted street, Yu Daohen suddenly stopped.
Zhou Fu looked at him, confused, "Master, what's wrong?"
Yu Daohen didn't speak. He suddenly pushed Zhou Fu aside and raised his other hand to shield his face.
The moment Zhou Fu was pushed away, two chains had already struck.
Zhou Fu narrowly dodged the incoming chains, while another chain wrapped around Yu Daohen's arm.
"So fast!" Yu Daohen exclaimed inwardly.
He had only just sensed someone following them when the chains had already attacked.
Zhou Fu looked bewildered. He hadn't sensed anyone following them nearby. "Master, I'll help you."
"This person's strength should not be underestimated. Stay back!"
Yu Daohen shook his head to stop him, his eyes fixed ahead.
