Chapter 915: Drunken Night

Jiang Yi rushed out of the bar.

But by the time he reached the entrance, Ning Yan had already vanished without a trace. A wave of helplessness washed over him.

For the first time, Jiang Yi felt truly powerless.

He took a deep breath. The root of it all was his current lack of strength.

If he were powerful enough, Ning Yan wouldn’t have left out of fear of dragging him into her troubles.

Now, only one thought burned in Jiang Yi’s mind: **Grow stronger.**

The Tian Sheng Group was a dominant force in Simon State’s business world, but on the scale of Eagle Country—or the entire globe—it was insignificant.

In the face of true powerhouses, they were as weak as ants.

A luxury car pulled up nearby.

The door opened, and out stepped a stunning woman with a bombshell figure.

**"I was waiting for you at the hotel after my shower, but you disappeared. Who did you just meet?"**

The woman was none other than Tracy.

Noticing Jiang Yi’s absence, she had immediately come looking for him.

**"No one. Just came for a drink. Didn’t want to disturb you while you were freshening up."**

Jiang Yi shrugged.

Tracy didn’t press further and followed him back into the bar.

One thing struck Jiang Yi as odd—this city was massive, yet she had found him almost instantly, as if she’d known exactly where he’d be.

Either Tracy had people tailing him, or she had planted a tracker on him.

He made a mental note to check for tracking devices later.

This woman’s methods were alarmingly hard to guard against.

As Tracy sat across from him, her eyes flicked to the table. She picked up the glass Ning Yan had used and examined it.

**"You’re not being honest. The person you were drinking with was a woman in her twenties—and quite beautiful."**

Jiang Yi stiffened slightly.

**"You must be wondering how I know, right?"**

A sly smile curled her lips. **"This glass was placed opposite you, meaning someone sat here recently."**

**"There are faint lipstick marks on the rim, confirming it was a woman."**

Jiang Yi inhaled sharply. Tracy’s observational skills were terrifying. From a single glass, she had pieced together so much.

This woman was not to be underestimated.

**"How did you guess her age and looks?"**

**"The lipstick shade is typically used by women in their twenties, and it’s favored by those who wear light makeup."**

**"A woman who opts for minimal makeup usually has striking natural beauty—she doesn’t need heavy cosmetics to enhance her appearance."**

**"I’d say my deductions are 70-80% accurate."**

Tracy’s gaze pinned him.

Jiang Yi shrugged. She had hit the nail on the head.

Ning Yan was indeed in her twenties—only two years older than Jiang Yi, despite being his senior sister.

And yes, she was breathtakingly beautiful.

**"You could’ve just told me the truth. It wouldn’t bother me if you have other women. I’m already yours—do as you please. I won’t restrict you."**

**"Your guess was right, but I didn’t know her. Just a stranger who came over to chat."**

Jiang Yi rarely explained himself, especially not to Tracy.

But he couldn’t risk her digging into Ning Yan and causing trouble for her.

**"I was just curious, that’s all."**

Tracy waved a hand dismissively. **"In Eagle Country, having lovers is normal. Come, let’s drink! Tonight, we don’t stop until we drop!"**

She clinked her glass against his and downed it in one go.

Jiang Yi drank too.

Thoughts of Ning Yan filled him with melancholy, and he unconsciously drank more—one glass after another, until he was thoroughly drunk.

---

When he woke the next morning, he found himself in a hotel bed.

Tracy had just stepped out of the bathroom, dressed in a seductive outfit.

Jiang Yi averted his gaze after a single glance.

He had zero interest in her. This woman was anything but ordinary.

**"You’re awake."**

Tracy sauntered over, her voice dripping with allure. **"Mr. Malanto has arrived. He’s waiting for us in the lobby."**

**"Mm."**

Jiang Yi gave a curt nod, quickly freshened up, and followed her downstairs.

True to her word, Malanto was seated in the lobby.

**"Apologies for the wait, Mr. Malanto."**

**"No matter. I’ve got all the time in the world today."**

Malanto smiled genially. **"Shall we head to the farm? Let’s finalize the deal and start making fortunes together!"**

**"Sure."**

Jiang Yi, Tracy, and Malanto exited the hotel and boarded the waiting car—the same stretched Lincoln from yesterday.

But the moment Jiang Yi stepped inside, he froze.

The vehicle was packed with champagne and beautiful women.

**"Let loose, Mr. Jiang!"**

Malanto grinned, then glanced at Tracy. **"You don’t mind, do you, Ms. Tracy?"**

**"Not at all."**

She smiled sweetly.

Malanto turned to the women. **"Mr. Jiang is my esteemed guest. Serve him well today, and you’ll be handsomely rewarded."**

The women instantly swarmed Jiang Yi, vying for his attention.

**"I’m not interested."**

Jiang Yi’s voice was ice. **"I’m here for business, not pleasure. Your gesture is appreciated, Mr. Malanto, but unnecessary."**

Malanto’s face fell.

His attempt to curry favor had backfired.

Worried he’d offended Jiang Yi, he hastily shooed all the women out of the car.

**"Were you afraid I’d get jealous?"**

Tracy giggled, batting her lashes.

**"I’m just not interested."**

Jiang Yi frowned. **"Ms. Tracy, you should return to Simon State now."**

**"Why?"**

She pouted. **"I’m your woman now. Where you go, I follow."**
