Chapter 215: Chapter 215: Wedding Dress
The venue selection issue has been resolved. Now it’s time for Victoria and Matthias to have their wedding dress fitting for their pre-wedding photoshoot, a main step in their wedding preparations. When it comes to the wedding dress they’ll be wearing on their wedding day, Victoria and Matthias have it custom-designed and enlisted the help of a renowned designer to create a beautiful gown.
The renowned designer also owns a well-known wedding dress boutique among the upper class. In fact, the renowned designer is one of Laura’s close friends. Victoria is very grateful to have Laura as her close friend, as it introduced her to the renowned designer, who is her idol.
"Victoria, I just happened to want to call you and Matthias because I have prepared various wedding dresses for you and a tuxedo for Matthias."
Victoria gazed at all the wedding dresses the famous designer recommended with sparkling eyes. "I can’t wait to try them on, Clara."
"Then, I’ll call some of my assistants to help you put on all the wedding gowns I’ve designed." Clara’s eyes were fixed on the handsome CEO. "I’ve also made a tuxedo according to your wishes. Would you like to try it on now?"
"No. I wanted to try it after seeing my wife in all these beautiful wedding dresses."
Matthias could certainly feel the difference between accompanying Amber and Victoria to try on wedding dresses. Previously, Amber had always complained every time she tried on any wedding dress. This was what made Matthias want to end his relationship with Amber immediately.
This was in contrast to Victoria, who never complained about trying on any wedding dress. Instead, she always beamed with her most beautiful smile as she tried on various dresses one by one and then showed them to her husband. Matthias even had no problem with his wife trying on wedding dresses until midnight. He was so addicted to watching her that he couldn’t stop staring.
After almost two hours of trying on various wedding dresses that they would wear during the pre-wedding photoshoot session, Victoria walked out of the fitting room while twirling her body gracefully, showing off her night gown style wedding dress that made Matthias’ eyes hard to blink.
Victoria pushed a strand of hair behind her ear. "How do I look, Matthias?"
Matthias gave two thumbs up and clapped his hands. "You’ve been looking absolutely perfect all this time. I was actually having a hard time finding the right dress for you. Because all the dresses you’ve worn look so perfect."
"But, are you really telling the truth so you can get free quickly? It must have been boring waiting for me to try on wedding dresses all this time?"
"No. In fact, I haven’t been sleepy since earlier. It’s different when I’m with Amber. We always end up arguing over differences of opinion."
Victoria pouted, slowly stroking her husband’s cheek. "I want to see you in a tuxedo too."
"I can’t wait to show you too."
Now it was Victoria’s turn to marvel at her husband’s handsomeness as he tried on Clara’s various tuxedos. She didn’t even feel tired; in fact, she felt like he hadn’t tried on enough tuxedos yet. In less than an hour, Matthias had tried on all of them.
Meanwhile, Victoria remained transfixed, gazing at her husband, who was so dashing in a black tuxedo. She slowly walked toward him, wrapping her arms around his neck and covering the fitting room with curtains.
"You look absolutely perfect in all that tuxedo."
Matthias moved his lips closer to the red lips in front of him. "You look so beautiful in this wedding dress. Especially when you wear our design on our wedding day."
"I’m sure you’ll like seeing me even more."
Meanwhile, Clara could only clear her throat as she glanced at the clock on the wall. "By the way, are you guys done?"
Victoria was forced to postpone her kiss with her husband. She opened the curtain again and approached Clara, gracefully lifting her dress.
"Thank you for making me such a beautiful dress."
"But, is it okay if you wear a slightly revealing dress? Especially since you’re planning a photoshoot abroad, where the weather is very cold."
"It’s okay. What’s important is that I want our pre-wedding photos to be perfect, thanks to wearing all the dresses you designed."

After fitting their wedding gowns, Matthias and Victoria had dinner with Ansel and Laura. Victoria was even more relieved to see the couple’s affectionate behavior, which was no less affectionate than her own. She was especially surprised to see Ansel acting in a way that hadn’t been the case when they were dating. Ansel fed his girlfriend while kissing her cheek.
Matthias shook his head as he fed his wife. "Wow, I never thought you’d be so crazy about one woman. You’re acting so over the top! I’m so jealous!"
"You’re not the only one who can do it. I can do it to Laura now too."
"But, did you ever treat my wife like that in the past?"
"Ansel did feed me before, but not to the extent of this," Victoria immediately clarified before any further misunderstandings arose.
"But wasn’t it because you kept warning me not to kiss you? That’s why I didn’t dare kiss you too often. I mean, anything other than on the lips."
Victoria’s cheeks immediately flushed red at the thought of herself being so innocent, always refusing Ansel’s kisses. In fact, her heart had warned her from the start not to kiss other men carelessly, as she had been married to Matthias for a long time.
Upon hearing this good news, Matthias immediately embraced his wife’s shoulders affectionately. "Thank God, my wife’s lips were never stained by anyone. Her heart truly cannot lie, even though she had amnesia at the time."
Laura laughed awkwardly as she wrapped her arms around her lover. "Thank you for protecting my lover’s lips too, Victoria."
Ansel actually felt embarrassed to openly discuss the kiss in front of so many people. Either he was too naive or Laura was actually expecting a kiss from him now.
"Don’t worry, Laura. I’ve never kissed Victoria before. But I’ve always treated her like my queen."
