Ate an egg leftover from last night’s cooking, drank some hot water, and felt a bit better. After resting for a while, Lin Wan gathered the clothes from the past two days into a basin and took some laundry paste to wash them beside the outdoor sink.

"What’s going on?" Han Yi returned at this point and saw Lin Wan like this. He quickly went into the house to pour her a cup of water. "I’ll take you to the infirmary later."

Han Yi looked at the things Lin Wan prepared in the kitchen and understood what she was trying to do. He held her and led her to the bedroom. "You rest for a while, I’ll take care of the rest."
"No need, I feel much better now, I’m not sick. You’ve been working hard all morning, take a rest."
"Don’t be stubborn, be good. I learned how to make chicken noodles from Aunt Jin."
And truth be told, the taste Han Yi made was exactly like Aunt Jin’s.
Especially delicious.
