Chapter 426: Chapter 383, Future of the Mo School
"Master, I believe that for a philosophy to sustain long-term, there needs to be a field for its practical application. Currently, the Mo School has the ideology, but lacks practical experience. Moreover, the disciples of the Mo School are short on means to make a livelihood.

Mozi immediately stood up, bowing deeply and said, "Thank you, my nephew, for your reminder. I have been solely focused on Mo School thoughts and nearly neglected the most vital issue of survival. If it wasn’t for your reminder, the future of the Mo School would be worrying."
Bai Jin quickly stood up and said, "Master, I was just speaking offhandedly."
Mozi stood up and exclaimed, "Your offhand remark has indeed awakened me. Blinded by hatred, I almost led the Mo School to extinction."
"Master, I feel that between the Mo School and the Yin Yang School, nothing satisfies more than suppressing the Yin Yang School with the doctrines of the Mo School; force falls to the lower levels."
Mozi laughed heartily and said, "You are right. If I could suppress the Yin Yang School with the teachings of the Mo School, that would truly vent my spleen.
Bai Jin, what do you think should be the path for the Mo School?"
Bai Jin instinctively responded, "The path? The path is beneath our feet!"
Mozi, relieved, said, "Bai Jin, you truly are a person of great wisdom. Simple and clear, yet you’ve unveiled the Heavenly Secret; indeed, the path of the Mo School should be forged by ourselves, step by step, realistically walking into the future!"
Uh~ I just spoke casually, Master seems to be thinking too much, Bai Jin earnestly said, "Master, actually our Confucian also has many advantages."
"What advantages? Let’s hear it!"
"Master, the greatest advantage of our Mo School is our Mechanical Techniques; we can totally use these techniques to collect disciples for training."
"How do you collect disciples with Mechanical Techniques? While it possesses extraordinary power and properly used can equal a million soldiers, it’s too complex for the ordinary folks."
"The disciple feels that our Mo School’s Mechanical Techniques are applied incorrectly currently. The future of Mechanical Techniques should not be about seeking powerful lethal capacities, but rather, it should be integrated into ordinary households, serving each family."
Mozi exclaimed, "Into the ordinary households? Operating Mechanical Techniques is not simple."
"Master, we can definitely start an academy specifically for training Mechanism Masters. These masters would be responsible for developing new mechanisms, such as an earth-digging mechanism, a stone-crushing mechanism, an automatic grain-harvesting mechanism, a Mechanical Car, and so on!
We can also establish another academy specifically for training Mechanism Manipulators, who would operate the mechanisms, aiding the Human Clan to live better.
And our Mo School’s philosophy could be propagated within these two types of academies, subtly spreading and influencing all of the Human Clan."
Mozi’s eyes lit up as he stroked his beard, smiling and said, "This method is excellent. The mechanisms you mentioned are not difficult.
If these two academies are established, it could sustain thousands of Mo School disciples, and excellent talents can also be recruited into the Mechanical City for dedicated study of Mozi’s theories."
Bai Jin agreed and said, "Master, your thoughts are well-rounded."
Mozi, sighing with emotion looked at Bai Jin and said, "Thank you, my nephew, for assisting and enlightening the future of our Mo School. If we develop as you have suggested, the Mo School will endure the Infinite Calamity undefeated, and suppressing the trivial Yin Yang School would be effortless.
This conversation for our Mo School is akin to rebirth. My nephew, how should I repay you?"
Bai Jin humbly said, "To support Master is the disciple’s duty, how could I speak of rewards?"
Mozi, interested, said, "Since you have become the Vice Family Master of the Confucian, Legalist, and Taoist, why don’t you also become a Vice Family Master of our Mo School?"
Bai Jin was startled, another Vice Family Master? I really was just trying to casually earn some merit!
Mozi said pensively, "Do you not wish to? Or do you look down on our Mo School?"
Bai Jin hastened to say, "To be invited by Master is an honor for the disciple."
Mozi laughed heartily and said, "That’s more like it! It’s decided then, the future development of the Mo School is in your hands now."
A booming voice resounded over the Mechanical City, "From today onwards, I appoint Bai Jin as the Vice Family Master of the Mo School, for all eternity!"
All disciples of the Mo School turned their heads towards the center of the Mechanical City, unanimously bowing and chanting, "Greetings, Vice Family Master!"
The grandiose voice echoed through the Mechanical City.
Following that, under Bai Jin’s guidance, the Mo School began developing Mechanical Techniques - earth-digging mechanisms, load-carrying mechanisms, flying bird mechanisms, harvesting mechanisms - all freshly invented, and the construction of academies was handed over to the Mo School, as Bai Jin set off again on his journey to casually earn merit.

In a vast mansion, disciples of the Renowned Family wearing tall headgears were engaged in lively discussions.
A rainbow light descended from the sky, landing before the mansion, turning into Bai Jin.
Bai Jin bowed and announced loudly, "Bai Jin, requesting to see Mr. Gongsun, the head of the Renowned Family."
Inside the mansion, many disciples of the Renowned Family turned their heads towards the outsider, Bai Jin, was this the same person who served as Vice Family Master for the Confucian, Legalist, Taoist, and Mo School, leading all four schools to prosper?!
In the rear courtyard, a middle-aged man in a green robe walked out of the hall, stroking his fine beard, laughing heartily and said, "Please, come in!" his booming voice spreading out.
Disciples of the Renowned Family gathered together, forming two lines to respectfully welcome Bai Jin inside.
Upon reaching the rear courtyard, Bai Jin saw Mr. Gongsun Long.
Bai Jin quickly bowed deeply, respectfully saying, "Disciple greets Mr. Gongsun."
Mr. Gongsun Long stepped forward, helping Bai Jin up, laughing heartily and cordially saying, "Bai Jin, I have been waiting for you for a long time."
Bai Jin, puzzled, responded, "Sir, you’ve been waiting for me?"
