Chapter 845 This Princess Is Fierce (52)

The bewildered Lu Ying hadn't even had time to react when her vision suddenly went black…

After enveloping the elf in front of her, Ming Li showed no mercy. She immediately began to pound away with her large iron hammer, her blows relentless.

Before long, a series of agonizing screams could be heard from inside the sack, "Ah! Stop… how dare you… do you know who I am! You slut, stop it!"

Upon hearing this, Ming Li's expression deepened, and the force of her blows intensified.

Thus, Lu Ying, trapped within the sack, suffered greatly.

After an unknown amount of time, Ming Li finally put away the large iron hammer and released the female protagonist inside the sack.

The system, seeing this, scurried over with a chair and said, "Master, please sit."

As it spoke, it produced a small candle from somewhere, lit it, and placed it in front of the motionless sack.

Ming Li calmly sat on the chair the system had brought, pulled out a cigarette, and placed it in her mouth. The next moment, a flicker of fire appeared on her fingertip, igniting the cigarette, after which the flame vanished.

Gazing at the unmoving sack on the ground, Ming Li calmly exhaled a smoke ring, raised an eyebrow, and said with a detached expression, "Dead?"

Lu Ying, feigning death in the sack, remained silent.

The system, hearing this, pondered for a moment, then tentatively ran over, lifted a corner of the sack with its pig-like hoof, peered inside, and said, "Master, she's still alive."

Lu Ying grumbled internally, "Damn it! I really want to kill this pig!"

Ming Li narrowed her eyes, exhaled another white smoke ring, and asked the person in the sack in a soft voice, "Do you still want me to know who you are now?"

Lu Ying remained silent.

After a while, seeing no response from the sack, Ming Li narrowed her eyes and gave the system a look.

The system understood. It walked to the sack, grabbed a corner, and yanked it hard, pulling the sack off the young woman. It revealed her bruised and swollen face and her body, now significantly larger due to the beating.

Suddenly stripped of the sack, Lu Ying squinted against the bright sunlight. After a moment, her gaze fell upon the woman sitting in the chair not far away, a glint of venom flashing in her eyes, "How… how dare you! I am the little princess of the Elf Kingdom! How dare you treat me like this! My father will surely not let you lowly mortals go!"

As she spoke, Lu Ying struggled to get up from the ground. With every movement, her wounds were aggravated, causing her face to pale and cold sweat to bead on her forehead.

Ming Li, hearing this, almost lost her composure. Was this female protagonist stupid? Beaten to this extent, not even having escaped, she dared to boast so wildly. Was she not afraid of being beaten again?

The old king, who had been watching the entire ordeal with a bewildered expression, finally reacted to the young woman's words. He immediately shielded Ming Li possessively, his face devoid of expression as he called out, "Guards! This person attempted to assassinate the princess! Seize her!" His children were his to scold, and no one else, no matter their status, could.

Soon, several guards rushed in, apprehended Lu Ying, and locked her up in a dungeon constructed with magical formations.

Lu Ying was bewildered. Had these people not heard what she said? She was the princess of the Elf Kingdom, how dared these lowly mortals treat her this way? Did they truly not fear retaliation from the Elf tribe?
