Chapter 857 Lord Aphid Begs for Mercy (6)

A passing car thought something had happened and quickly stopped by the roadside.

The person who got out of the car immediately saw the pool of blood on the ground and the gun that had fallen nearby. Hearing the screams still coming from the bus, the man understood what had happened. He broke out in a cold sweat and quickly took out his phone to call the police.

Soon, a police car arrived at the scene.

After listening to the bus driver explain the whole story, the prosecutor's expression was utterly bewildered. His gaze involuntarily fell on the last row of the bus, where... there was only darkness, nothing at all.

As Ming Li met the prosecutor's gaze, she remained completely composed. With a blank expression, she swatted away several startled, screaming ghosts and said in a chilling voice, "Noisy, be quiet!"

The ghosts, who had inadvertently crowded around Ming Li out of fear of the prosecutor getting closer, cried out, "...Ahhh! There's a ghost!"

After screaming, they quickly floated to the other side and continued to shriek, "Ahhh! There's a prosecutor!"

As they cried out, some floated back towards Ming Li, "Ahhh, there's..."

Watching the ghosts flit about and shriek, Ming Li's mouth twitched fiercely. Why did these ghosts seem so unintelligent...

Suddenly, everyone in the carriage felt the air cool by several degrees. "..." Who turned on the air conditioning???

Finally, after a period of investigation, everyone in the bus was taken back to the police station.

Watching the group being escorted away, Ming Li frowned. She casually pulled over a ghost who was about to slip away and asked, "Where is No. 123 Primary School?"

Ghost: "...Ahhh! Ghost!"

Ming Li: "..."

Hearing the terrified scream, Ming Li's expression remained blank. She raised her hand and smacked the ghost on the back of the head, "Shut up!"

The ghost swallowed and instinctively shut its mouth. Realizing it had been so obedient, the ghost felt embarrassed and opened its mouth to continue screaming.

Ming Li: "..."

She silently pulled out a sack...

Seeing the menacing black opening of the sack, the ghost immediately stopped screaming and said timidly, "Um... that, what did you just say..."

Ming Li: "...No. 123 Primary School."

"Oh! That school!" Hearing Ming Li, the ghost looked relieved and continued, "I don't know either."

Ming Li: "..."

Seeing Ming Li's expression darken again, the frightened ghost couldn't help but swallow and quickly explained, "Um, big boss, I was bad with directions when I was alive. I know of No. 123 Primary School, but I really don't know where it is!"

Ming Li: "..."

Seeing that the girl in front of him was just silent and not speaking, the ghost was startled and quickly said, "Um... how about I take you to look for it?"

Hearing this, Ming Li raised an eyebrow, her gaze falling on the ghost, "Didn't you say you didn't know where it was?"

The ghost nodded, "Yes, but I know No. 123 Primary School is next to the Sweet Potato Supermarket. If you find the Sweet Potato Supermarket, you can find No. 123 Primary School."

Ming Li: "Where is the Sweet Potato Supermarket?"

Ghost: "Umm, I forgot..."

Ming Li: "..."
