Startled by the woman who suddenly appeared before her, Situ Yao felt a surge of panic. Little did she know, the System of Strategy within her space was even more flustered than she was.
Ming Li did not answer Situ Yao's question. She cast a casual glance at the young woman before her and suddenly extended a hand, a strange power surging from it.
Opposite her, Situ Yao, unaware of what was happening, felt a tearing pain rip through her body as if something was being forcibly stripped away.
The System of Strategy, violently expelled from Situ Yao's body, could only stare in horror, utterly bewildered.
"What do you... want to do!"
Hearing the System of Strategy's words, Situ Yao's heart skipped a beat. System! Where was her system?
"What did you do to me! Where is my system!" Situ Yao cried out in panic, staring at the woman before her.
Ming Li's gaze was cold as she looked at Situ Yao. Finally, her figure flickered, and she vanished from the spot.
Seeing this, Situ Yao, like a madwoman, rummaged through the items in the prison cell, muttering incessantly.
"Where... where do you want to take me?"
In Ming Li's hand, the System of Strategy, suppressing its fear, asked.
Ming Li ignored the System of Strategy and, carrying it, found the Heavenly Dao. She then casually tossed it before the Heavenly Dao, stating two words in a low voice: "Luck."
Upon hearing this, the System of Strategy's eyes lit up, mistaking it for Ming Li wanting it to absorb the Heavenly Dao's luck. It then excitedly lunged towards the Heavenly Dao.
Witnessing this, Ming Li's eyes darkened. She immediately stepped on half of the System of Strategy's body, rendering it immobile.
The System of Strategy: "..." What was going on? Didn't she tell it to absorb the Heavenly Dao's luck? Why was it suddenly being stepped on?
"What are you doing? Do you know who I am? Aren't you afraid I'll retaliate against you for treating me like this!" the System of Strategy said threateningly to Ming Li.
Ming Li frowned at this. She glanced at the utterly bewildered Heavenly Dao beside her, took out a sack, and said, "Wait a moment."
With that, a sack was thrown over the System of Strategy.
Before long, agonizing screams emanated from within the sack.
The Heavenly Dao, witnessing this scene, could only stare in bewilderment. It felt as though Lord Ming had changed. Why was she so violent yet so merciful?
Thinking back, if anyone dared to speak to Lord Ming like that before, they wouldn't have survived two seconds.
After an unknown period, Ming Li finally stopped. She threw the sack before the Heavenly Dao, clapped her hands, and said, "Alright, you can take back your luck now."
Hearing this, the Heavenly Dao nodded dumbly. "O-okay."
With that, it quickly retrieved its luck from the System of Strategy. After a while, it looked at Ming Li and said, "Lord Ming, I'm done."
Ming Li nodded. Before the System of Strategy could say anything, she annihilated it.
The Heavenly Dao: "..." Right, Lord Ming was still the same Lord Ming.
Having dealt with the System of Strategy, Ming Li looked at it and said, "Alright, I'm heading back now."
"O-okay."
