Ye Tian's expression was impassive. "Didn't you want to deal with me just now?"
Xu Zhongliang forced a smile that was uglier than a cry. "Doctor Ye, I was just joking. We're alumni, how could I possibly do that? Besides, you're friends with the mayor and Mr. Lu. I'd be honored to curry favor with you."
This was Xu Zhongliang, capable of both bending and stretching. Anyone stronger than him, he would immediately yield, never confronting them head-on.
Ye Tian ignored him and approached Teacher Hu. "Teacher Hu, I'll visit you another day."
The old lady smiled. "Alright."

Ye Tian asked, "What plans?"

He turned and pointed to someone. "This is my brother, Mr. Li Yuanhu."
Li Yuanhu was around forty years old, his hands calloused, and his temples slightly sunken. Ye Tian could tell at a glance that he was a master, not yet at the transformation realm, but close to breaking through at any moment.
Li Yuanhu stepped forward and clasped his hands. "Li Yuanhu, pays respects to Master Ye!"
Ye Tian asked, "Do you need something from me?"
