The United Nations Organization had urgently established a committee concerning the anomalous event in the Misty Territory and, under this committee, initiated related organizational efforts. One of these tasks was to explain the event to the global population.
Coordinated by the committee, official agencies from various civilized nations utilized emergency systems to send urgent messages to their citizens, informing them to prepare their information-receiving devices to watch or listen to the committee's statement in twenty minutes. Internet video platforms, social networking sites, television stations, and radio stations all cooperated fully with the committee's work.
Twenty minutes later, the signal interrupted billions of computers, televisions, radios, and mobile phones. The video feed showed a modest office within the United Nations Headquarters. In the center of the frame was the spokesperson urgently appointed by the committee.
"This is the United Nations Special Event Coordination Committee, and we are now making a statement to the global population.
"At Yin City local time, in the early morning of October 12, 2019, an anomaly occurred. The anomalous phenomenon consisted of a dense fog surging from the city center. A special lifeform, resembling a Giant Dragon from traditional Eastern motifs, flew out of this mist. Above the Giant Dragon's head was a source emitting high-intensity light and heat. After special processing of photographs, we can confirm that this light source is an East Asian girl, of slender build and 151 centimeters in height.
"Current information collection results indicate this phenomenon is not a collective illusion. Throughout East Asia, various observers and instruments in multiple locations have provided observation reports and video footage.
"The lifeform resembling a Giant Dragon traveled at speeds between Mach 33 and Mach 70, rapidly departing the troposphere, stratosphere, and mesosphere. It eventually exited Earth's space. To reach the Moon's orbit, it employed a mode of movement characterized as 'discontinuous instantaneous teleportation.'
"According to information from lunar orbit Detectors and other reconnaissance devices, the Giant Dragon lifeform landed on the Moon's surface at 1:07:48 AM, Yin City local time, on October 12, 2019. During the landing, the humanoid girl riding on the Giant Dragon's back stopped emitting light and heat and appeared to converse with the Giant Dragon. Due to the absence of human-made landers or lunar rovers at the site, direct contact was impossible, and the content of their conversation could not be observed.
