Chapter 128 The Double Standard Bug

Andrew let out a laugh, and Luo Qi flinched.

He stealthily took a step back, tugged on Ye Mu's sleeve, and pushed him forward. The next second, Andrew's gaze fixed on Ye Mu. "Little Highness, you can't run away. Uncle Andrew will be very gentle today."

Luo Qi swallowed, forcing a dry chuckle. "Ah... okay."

Andrew withdrew his gaze. He was dressed differently today, too, in a black combat suit. It looked unremarkable, but it was equipped with the Insect Race's most advanced gear, items that could save a life in real combat.

In subsequent lessons, Luo Qi would also learn to use this equipment.

Ceci patted Andrew's shoulder and left. Only Andrew and the two little cubs remained in the training ground.

Andrew cleared his throat and observed Ye Mu. The little cub, barely four years old, had determined eyes and stood ramrod straight, like a young poplar tree ready to face any storm.

Andrew felt a pang of emotion. If this little cub didn't cling to his Little Highness all day, he would have been quite to his liking. However, he maintained a stern expression.

After scrutinizing Ye Mu for a few seconds, he said in a deep voice, "You, attack me."

Luo Qi suddenly turned to look at Ye Mu. Ye Mu's eyes widened for a moment, then he clenched his fists, stomped his feet, and charged fiercely at Andrew.

On the ground planet, Ye Yun had often taught Ye Mu some simple combat techniques. Andrew tutted, noting that the little cub's stance had some presence.

Andrew crossed his arms and even had time to instruct Luo Qi, "Little Highness, stay further away from here."

Luo Qi nodded blankly and retreated to a safer distance.

In the blink of an eye, Ye Mu had reached Andrew. However, instead of attacking directly, he sidestepped at a tricky angle and brushed past Andrew.

Andrew raised an eyebrow. "Good idea."

For Ye Mu, Andrew's physique was an insurmountable behemoth. Therefore, to launch a truly effective attack on Andrew, he could only rely on finesse.

However, Ye Mu's thoughts were still too simplistic. As the saying goes, brute force conquers all. In the face of absolute power, all techniques become useless.

Luo Qi had been nervously watching Ye Mu attack Andrew. Gradually, he realized that none of Ye Mu's attacks had actually landed on Andrew.

The most effective instance was leaving a small footprint on Andrew's pants, the price for which was Ye Mu being grabbed and thrown by Andrew.

He was literally thrown, landing with a thud in front of Luo Qi like a little cannonball.

Fortunately, Andrew had a sense of proportion, and Ye Mu's combat suit also provided protection. Ye Mu would only feel a bit sore, not suffer any serious injuries.

Luo Qi was completely stunned, watching Ye Mu charge forward and then be thrown back. Not only did he not retreat, but he became more spirited, even getting up and charging again as soon as he landed.

In this battle, which could be described as one-sided abuse, Ye Mu was able to learn the most.

He constantly adjusted his attack angles and the force of his punches. Initially, he was thrown out before even getting close to Andrew. Later, he gradually managed to get close to Andrew, and sometimes could even dodge Andrew's grasping hands twice.

After half an hour, Ye Mu was once again thrown in front of Luo Qi. This time, Ye Mu finally couldn't get up. His face and body were covered in dust, and his stamina had reached its limit. However, his eyes were bright, indicating that he had learned a lot from the previous battle.

Ye Mu struggled to get up, bowed slightly to Andrew, and said, "Thank you, Teacher Andrew."

Andrew nodded, accepting Ye Mu's bow without any evasion.

Ye Mu was completely exhausted and sat down on the ground. He took a sip of water and looked at Luo Qi.

Luo Qi swallowed and slowly turned to look at Andrew, attempting to plead, "Uncle Andrew, do I have to... do that too?"

Andrew tutted. "Little Highness, you are the Little Highness of the Insect Race. How can you not undergo training?"

As a general who was passionate about combat, Andrew was extremely enthusiastic about the prospect of training the Little Highness.

A long time ago, he had vowed to train the Little Highness into the Insect Race's most outstanding warrior, capable of facing any hardship in the universe with ease.

Now, Andrew rubbed his hands together. The time had come.

"Little Highness, attack me."

Luo Qi glanced at the disheveled Ye Mu beside him, steeled his resolve, and charged forward. He raised his small fists and swung them at Andrew.

Andrew stood calmly, preparing to give the Little Highness the most unforgettable lesson of his life.

Luo Qi jogged up to Andrew and, with all his might, clenched his fist and punched Andrew's stomach.

This was the softest part of the body. Luo Qi hoped it wouldn't be too bad.

His fist sank into warm skin. Luo Qi's heart leaped with joy. He looked up, only to find that it wasn't him who had hit Andrew, but Andrew who had easily caught his small fist.

Andrew smiled slightly and, with a backhand, grabbed Luo Qi's wrist. Luo Qi's heart skipped a beat. The miserable state of Ye Mu flashed before his eyes, scaring him into closing his eyes tightly.

If it hurts, it hurts. Ye Mu could do it, and so could he!

Andrew blinked. His intended action of throwing Luo Qi suddenly stopped.

The Little Highness looked so wronged. If he were thrown, would he cry?

What to do? Just thinking about that possibility made him unable to go through with it!

Andrew took a deep breath and changed his action from throwing to pushing, gently nudging Luo Qi away.

Caught off guard, Luo Qi stumbled back a few steps and finally sat down on the ground with a thud.

Andrew said in a monotone, devoid of emotion, "Oh dear, Little Highness, this won't do."

Ye Mu: "..." I think *you* won't do, you biased bug!
