However, he still solemnly reiterated that he was indeed going to find the Golden Cicada, but he didn't intend for him to reincarnate according to the original plan; instead, he would do as he thought best.
Hearing this, Guanyin was disappointed again, and her tone became colder.

"In that case, this Bodhisattva has come here in vain and wasted her efforts. I might as well kill myself, rather than witness the day my Spirit Mountain crumbles."

"Later, I'll tell others your weakness of being tough on the outside but soft on the inside, and you'll be in big trouble, kid."
