Chapter 331 Arriving at the Outer Reaches of the Nini Kela Star System, a Black Hole Riddled with Doubts

Lin Feng embarked on a journey to find the Cosmic Cube after returning to Blue Star.

He took out the treasured BB device given to him by Director Wang.

The coordinates on it were still jumping, lively and cheerful.

These coordinates were outrageously far from Blue Star.

But for Lin Feng, no distance was too great, just a single jump away.

However, the matter with Odin and Director Wang served as a warning to Lin Feng.

He trusted his intuition; he was definitely not the only one in this universe eyeing the Cosmic Cube.

Because at Odin's level, he shouldn't have known about something like the Cosmic Cube.

Furthermore, Hela’s knowledge of the Cosmic Cube’s coordinates was inherently bizarre.

To be safe, Lin Feng chose a location within a star system roughly at the Cosmic Cube’s coordinates and initiated spatial traversal.

His form distorted, and Lin Feng vanished from his spot.

He reappeared moments later, light-years away.

Countless stars populated the universe.

Lin Feng took out the communication terminal he hadn’t used in a long time.

He had picked this up the last time the Guardian of the Galaxy, Rocket, had summoned him.

This device was quite convenient in some aspects.

The last piece of information about Lin Feng possessing six Infinity Stones had been broadcast through this platform.

It allowed communication, task acceptance, and location tracking.

There was no need to doubt; the universe harbored all sorts of strange technologies, and a small platform like this wouldn’t require much technical prowess.

Lin Feng checked his current star system.

Approximately twenty-seven light-years directly ahead was his destination.

The Nynikra sector, where the Cosmic Cube resided.

With a thought, Lin Feng’s form instantly turned transparent.

He didn’t head directly to the Nynikra sector but remained in place, extending his senses and using his super vision to look towards the Cube's coordinates.

The positions of countless stars within the star system were imprinted in his mind.

The star system was vast, but given some time, Lin Feng could scan the entire universe.

However, after observing for a while, he didn’t find the blue cube.

Within the Nynikra system, there was no entity with an energy signature matching the Cosmic Cube.

But Lin Feng didn't doubt the coordinates' authenticity.

It was likely that the Cosmic Cube had employed a special method to conceal itself.

Otherwise, such a powerful energy signature would have been detected long ago.

Furthermore, with his senses active, Lin Feng detected at least a dozen life forms within the Nynikra system, either individually or as teams, piloting spaceships. They maintained distances of several light-years, encircling the star system.

Lin Feng smiled.

The Nynikra system was not particularly large, and it wasn't inhabited.

The sharp aura emanating from these life forms clearly indicated they were warriors seasoned by conflict.

So many cosmic organizations converging in an uninhabited star system?

It would be unbelievable if there were no ulterior motives.

Lin Feng focused his search for the Cosmic Cube within a few light-years of these life forms.

Soon, Lin Feng discovered something unusual.

Although he hadn't found the cube, he did discover a small, moving black hole.

How small? About the size of Lin Feng's villa.

The reason Lin Feng noticed it was simple.

The life forms he had detected were almost all within one to five light-years of the black hole, forming a circular perimeter around it.

Simultaneously, Lin Feng observed that this small black hole would randomly jump a certain distance at regular intervals.

A thought sparked in Lin Feng's mind, connecting it to something.

He took out the BB device given to him by Director Wang again.

With each jump of the black hole, the coordinates on the BB device also shifted significantly.

It seemed his analysis was correct.

The small black hole was likely connected to the Cosmic Cube.

Could the Cosmic Cube be hiding inside the black hole?

Lin Feng stroked his chin, looking again at the dozen or so life form factions.

He pondered whether he should capture one for questioning, to see if anyone knew anything.

After a moment of thought, Lin Feng decided against alerting them for now.

All the factions seemed to be waiting for something, hovering silently in place.

Lin Feng also chose to remain stationary, focusing his gaze intently on the black hole.

With a bang.

A small spaceship appeared at the edge of the Nynikra system.

It was Star-Lord's ship!

After 1,800 jumps, the "renowned" Guardians of the Galaxy finally arrived in this sector.

However, the ship's interior was deathly silent, with no sign of activity.

A short while later, Yondu's ship also jumped in. They maintained a safe distance from Quill's ship to avoid detection.

Inside their ship, it was equally silent…

Half an hour later, a faint, gasping voice emerged from Quill's ship.

"I… am… Groot…"

A youthful Groot lay in the ship, trembling as he weakly raised his small hand upwards, only for it to fall limply with a thud.

"He… cursed again… damn it…"

Rocket rolled his eyes with great effort. The moment the words left his mouth, he felt the urge to vomit and promptly threw up inside the ship.

This action seemed to trigger a chain reaction.

Suddenly, retching sounds filled the ship.

Good grief, it was utterly disgusting.

Quill even threw up the pickled cucumbers he had eaten yesterday; the smell was…

Rocket nearly fainted from the stench again.

Vomiting was still considered fortunate.

If these individuals didn't possess some form of abnormal abilities, 1,800 jumps would have been enough to claim their lives!

After a thorough cleansing, and with the help of Mantis, everyone finally recovered.

Quill shakily sat in the pilot's seat, looking weakly out at the surrounding space.

"I feel like I've done all the jumping I'll ever do in my life…"

"Are we… have we reached our destination?" Quill pointed outside the window.

"Where's the thing? Where is it, I don't see anything?"

Rocket also sat in the co-pilot's seat, responding weakly:

"Idiot!"

"If I could get information about this thing, then surely other factions can too."

"We're at the edge of the system; we need to slowly approach the target!"

"Did you eat Captain Rocket's plan between two slices of bread?"

Quill rolled his eyes. This little raccoon, if nothing else, loved to pick on him every day.

If it weren't for his top-notch piloting skills and pitiful background, he would have strung Rocket up and beaten him long ago.

Hmm… he wasn't sure if he could win though.

But even without strength, he had to retort.

"Then, Mr. Raccoon, what was the plan again?"

"You're not going to tell me it's to wait for someone else to get it, then blow them up, and the thing will be ours?"

As he spoke, Quill couldn't help but chuckle.

Such an idiotic plan, no one would actually do it, right?

Upon hearing this, Rocket's eyes widened in surprise.

"Holy crap, how did you know?"

Quill's eyelids twitched uncontrollably.

"Let's just turn back now; I don't want the treasure anymore…"

Damn it, this could even be called a plan?

He felt like Rocket would play him to death.

Rocket grinned slyly, rejecting the suggestion.

"You want to go back now?"

"Too late!"
