Chapter 178 The Disasters of Nature

The leaders of various nations on the small island watched Ao Yuan's movements with extreme caution. They knew all too well what methods Ao Yuan possessed.

However, with a flash of golden light that quickly vanished, the surface remained calm. This left everyone bewildered as to what Ao Yuan had actually done.

*Jingle, jingle!*

As everyone remained in a state of uncertainty, a phone began to ring on Sanben Yitian.

"What is it!" Sanben Yitian glanced at the caller ID, hesitated for a moment, and then answered the call.

Before he could reply, a panicked voice blared from the other end: "Boss, a bolt of lightning just descended from the sky and struck our Fusang country!"

Sanben Yitian's eyebrows twitched, and his gaze flickered towards Ao Yuan. Although Ao Yuan said nothing, it was clear who was responsible.

"Were there any casualties?" Sanben Yitian's voice lowered, clearly not wanting anyone else to overhear.

"No casualties, but... but..."

Sanben Yitian, whose expression had slightly eased upon hearing the first part, stiffened again: "Speak."

"The Hannya Shrine in Fusang was destroyed by the lightning!"

"Baka!"

Upon hearing this, Sanben Yitian erupted in anger. He flung the phone he was holding to the ground.

"Ao Yuan! Baka yarou!" Sanben Yitian pointed at Ao Yuan, seething with rage. "I want you dead, I will definitely have you dead!"

A shrine! This was where the nation of Fusang worshipped their gods, a place considered most sacred in the hearts of the Fusang people. And now Ao Yuan had destroyed it. And not just any shrine, but the Hannya Shrine!

"You dare to disrespect me again!"

Ao Yuan's expression remained calm. "Next time, it won't be just a shrine that's affected!"

Sanben Yitian's face turned ashen. Looking into Ao Yuan's indifferent eyes, he felt a chill crawl up his spine. Ao Yuan's ability to act against Fusang from such a distance demonstrated the terrifying extent of his power. He was clearly not just making idle threats. Sanben Yitian had no doubt that if he continued to speak, the entire Fusang nation might face the same fate as the Bangzi country!

Watching the now-silent Sanben Yitian, the warriors from various nations on the island fell into despair. Although they didn't know exactly what had happened, they could infer something from Sanben Yitian's reaction. Ao Yuan must have done something incredibly significant.

Meanwhile, the leaders of the various countries standing beside Sanben Yitian were filled with confusion. They couldn't fathom what Ao Yuan could have done to elicit such a reaction from Sanben Yitian. It was merely a phone call; what could it have possibly said? The leaders' eyes flickered as they began to speculate in their hearts. What exactly had Ao Yuan done?

"Mr. Sanben, what happened?" After a period of speculation, none of the leaders could come up with an answer, and finally, one of them couldn't help but ask Sanben Yitian.

"Our Hannya Shrine in Fusang was suddenly struck by lightning," Sanben Yitian replied, his gaze towards Ao Yuan filled with a lingering sense of horror.

At these words, the expressions of all the leaders froze. Even John Clason of the United States wore a similar look. Although Sanben Yitian hadn't explicitly stated who was responsible, his earlier reaction had already made it clear. This was Ao Yuan's doing! But was Ao Yuan truly that powerful? It didn't seem so. It wasn't that they didn't believe him, but this event far surpassed their expectations. After all, their current location was tens of thousands of miles away from Fusang! If Ao Yuan could launch an attack on Fusang from such a distance, who among them could possibly stop him? No, not just them, but perhaps no one on the entire Blue Star could stop Ao Yuan. With such capabilities, how could they possibly contend with him? If he were to hide anywhere and simply flick his wrist, their nations could fall.

Considering this, their faces were filled with doubt. Yet, undeniably, a sense of retreat began to grow within them. Despite their disbelief, who dared to gamble on the unlikely chance that it wasn't true? With this thought, the leaders of the various nations fell silent and turned their gazes towards John Clason. He was the one with the most say on this island. No, he was the most influential person on the entire Blue Star! Regardless of the situation, with Sanben Yitian's experience, they were unwilling to be the first to step forward.

Seeing all eyes upon him, John Clason's expression was less than pleasant. However, he still took a step forward.

"Ao Yuan!"

"Do you think these meager abilities are enough to make our nations submit?"

"If that's your thinking, then you are gravely mistaken!"

Han Yibang, his face grim, stepped forward in agreement. "Exactly!"

"You are merely a beast, while we are the humans at the pinnacle of the Blue Star!"

"Can one of you truly contend with all of us?"

As Han Yibang spoke, his eyes swept past Sanben Yitian, then deliberately moved to the leaders beside him, and he sneered, "What are you all afraid of?"

"From such a distance, how could Ao Yuan possibly harm Fusang!" Han Yibang paused, then cast a contemptuous glance at Ao Yuan. "If I'm not mistaken, that was probably the extent of your capabilities just now!"

"But I'm sorry, I wasn't scared into growing up!"

"If you're scared, then hurry back. I'd be delighted to see you all make fools of yourselves in tomorrow's news."

At these words, the faces of the leaders of the various nations felt a prickle of shame. In their hearts, they felt they were being too fearful of Ao Yuan, which was unbecoming of their status as national leaders! If this were to be broadcast online, they would lose all their dignity.

"Hmph, Mr. Han is right, we weren't scared into growing up!"

"I truly don't believe you can deal with all of us!"

"I declare, if you dare to make any further inappropriate moves, don't blame us for not being polite!"

"Now, surrender immediately!"

"Now, apologize to Mr. Sanben immediately!"

As more and more leaders of the various nations stepped forward, their fear began to subside. As they said, Ao Yuan might be able to deal with one nation, and its leader might be intimidated. But if they united, would Ao Yuan dare to do anything?

"Fight! Fight! Fight!"

As the leaders' voices faded, the warriors on the island stood tall and roared, their voices shaking the heavens and indeed possessing a certain power.

However, Ao Yuan looked at them as if they were clowns.

The next second!

"Roar!"

A thunderous dragon's roar erupted, instantly drowning out all their voices.

Following that, an inexplicable gale swept across the heavens and earth!

*Whoosh, whoosh, whoosh!*

The fierce wind buffeted everyone, causing them to stagger. If they hadn't grabbed onto nearby objects, they would have likely been swept away by the gale.

Before anyone could speak, *rumble!* the sky boomed.

In the next moment, a terrifying thunderclap struck!

Seeing the surging lightning, everyone's faces contorted in fear, and their bodies trembled. This was a primal fear of natural disasters...
