"Don't lose your mind, Gun Gun! This cat's combat power is too immense. We don't need to fight it to the death. We just need to escape. Don't let a moment of impulse get you killed. This monstrous creature's damage is too high, and its claws are incredibly sharp. If we're not careful, we could easily be slain," someone warned.
Upon hearing this, Gun Gun seemed to lose all control and charged towards the creature before them.
Jiang Fan, incredibly flustered, feared Gun Gun would be killed. He immediately moved forward to provide support, but unexpectedly, Gun Gun managed to intercept the cat's tail with its bare hands. The cat, too, was taken aback by Gun Gun's immense strength.
Jiang Fan could clearly see Gun Gun's muscles bulging and its fur standing on end. It grabbed the cat's tail and swiped fiercely. The cat's tail then fell to the ground, and the cat let out a heart-wrenching roar.
Hearing the roar, Jiang Fan realized Gun Gun's strength had significantly increased. Without wasting any time, Jiang Fan swung his blade at the cat's paw. Because the cat's legs were so high, the only part Jiang Fan could reach was its paw.
With that strike, the cat's paw was instantly severed by Jiang Fan, and blood spurted out continuously. Jiang Fan had finally removed one threat from its four limbs, giving him enough combat power to continue the fight.
"You beast, I'll make sure you understand that you're just a small animal. In front of me, you're nothing but weak," Jiang Fan declared.
With those words, Jiang Fan attacked the cat again, his strikes cutting back and forth across its body. However, the cat's dense fur seemed to render his attacks ineffective, only further enraging it.
The cat turned and swiped at Jiang Fan, sending him flying backward. Seeing this, Gun Gun roared and lunged at the cat as it was attacking Jiang Fan. Gun Gun attacked the cat's abdomen again. The cat couldn't withstand the powerful blow and was immediately slashed several times by Gun Gun.
Witnessing this, Zhou Niannian couldn't help but shout words of encouragement to Gun Gun.
"Well done, Gun Gun! That's the spirit! Let this cat know we are the true strong ones. It's just a beast," she cheered.
Clearly, the cat was now somewhat intimidated by the coordinated attacks of Jiang Fan and Gun Gun. It quickly retreated a few steps. Jiang Fan, however, let out a cold laugh and attacked again. But Gun Gun was exceptionally fierce at this moment.
Even though there were two cats, Gun Gun's beastly instincts wouldn't allow it to be bullied. Gun Gun grabbed each cat by the paw and flung them away. Both cats stumbled back. Although uninjured, they were stunned by Gun Gun's power and became cautious, crouching low as they assessed Gun Gun.
"Gun Gun, wait for me! I'll be right there to help," Jiang Fan called out.
Truthfully, Jiang Fan was struggling to withstand the damage. But seeing Gun Gun fighting valiantly, he immediately prepared to move forward and offer support. Gun Gun raised its hand, signaling Jiang Fan not to approach.

"Damn it! You two cats broke my fire axe. I will make you pay," Jiang Fan growled.
At this moment, Jiang Fan pulled a vine from his backpack and tied it tightly to his axe, forming a throwing weapon.
Jiang Fan could also retract the throwing weapon by pulling on the vine at any time.

Gun Gun was astonished by Jiang Fan's prowess. Its fighting spirit surged, and smelling the blood, it launched a fierce assault on the cat.
The cat quickly began to falter under the combined attacks of Jiang Fan and Gun Gun. It would have surely died if the other cat hadn't rushed forward to help its companion, retaliating against Jiang Fan.
"Laughable! I won't cripple you this time? Just you watch," Jiang Fan declared menacingly.
