Jack Ma heard Jiang Quanshui calling him from the villa entrance. He hung up the phone and strode over with the swagger of the rich.
Jack Ma, dressed in casual wear with a short haircut, looked full of spirit. Coupled with his peculiar smile, he seemed a bit comical.
"Mr. Jiang, are you guys filming some show here?" Jack Ma asked with a smile as he approached.
"Don't talk nonsense, what show? This is an elder's house. I already gave you a heads-up yesterday. Come in with me and don't say anything out of line later," Jiang Quanshui instructed Jack Ma a couple of times before leading him into the villa.
The first impression Jack Ma had upon entering the villa was its cleanliness. Everything was tidied up and bright. There were quite a few people inside, chatting and laughing.
"How could it not be clean?"
"Everyone tried their best, cleaning it thoroughly every day, leaving no speck of dust behind."
"Lin'er, my friend is here, you should know him." Jiang Quanshui said to Lin'er after reaching the back of the villa.
Xia Lin turned her head and her eyes widened in surprise.
"Father Ma?"
"This is a big shot! Xia Lin had contributed a lot of her savings to Father Ma."
"Ah, hello Mr. Ma," Xia Lin exclaimed excitedly.
Jack Ma smiled and nodded upon hearing this. After all, he was introduced by Jiang Quanshui, and he had to give face.
Then Jack Ma smiled, "Lin'er, nice to meet you."
Before Xia Lin could respond, Jack Ma seemed to see someone he'd recognize even if they were reduced to ashes: Penguin Ma.
"Huh???"
"This guy has been here all along?"
The moment Jack Ma entered, Penguin Ma saw him but pretended not to.
"Mr. Ma, come have some tea with us." Xia Lin looked at Jack Ma and invited him.
At this moment, Penguin Ma also spotted the National Little King, Qin Dou, Jiang Xin, and others.
"This really isn't a show?"
"It doesn't seem like it either, there were no cameramen in sight."
Jack Ma was a bit confused. Had Penguin Ma been hanging out with these youngsters for three days, neglecting his company?
Jack Ma sat down, filled with ten thousand questions, directly opposite Penguin Ma.
The two exchanged glances and smiled at each other politely.
A typical case of smiling on the surface, but curses in their hearts.
"Uncle Ma."
"Uncle Ma."
Everyone greeted Jack Ma, and he nodded at each of them.
Even Ma Yuqin was no exception. She smiled and greeted Jack Ma. Although the two Mas didn't see eye to eye, as a junior, she was still polite in front of Jack Ma.
"Yuqin, you're getting more and more beautiful," Jack Ma complimented. Ma Yuqin's cheeks turned slightly red.
"Uncle Ma, have a cup of tea." The National Little King brewed a cup of tea and handed it to Jack Ma.
"Uncle Ma, drink this tea slowly, sip by sip. Drinking it too fast might cause discomfort, but this tea is absolutely delicious."
Qin Wen's well-intentioned reminder was met with a glare from Penguin Ma, who thought, "You talk too much."
"Yes, Uncle Ma, remember to drink slowly. My dad hasn't even tasted this tea," the National Little King nodded and echoed Qin Wen.
"Teacher Ma, listen to us, we won't harm you. Just drink it slowly," Jiang Quanshui patted Jack Ma's shoulder.
Penguin Ma felt as if he had been hit by ten thousand points of damage.
"When I was drinking tea, you were all silent?"
"Why didn't anyone remind me?"
"I'm not worthy?"
"Should I leave then?"
"He's Father Ma, am I not Father Ma?"
Penguin Ma felt like crying but had no tears. People shouldn't be biased.
Jack Ma was stunned by what he heard. Drinking tea had so many rules?
Jack Ma couldn't guarantee he had tasted every good tea in the world, but he had tried most of them.
This was the first time he'd encountered such requirements for drinking tea. Driven by curiosity, Jack Ma took a small sip.
As the small mouthful went down his throat, Jack Ma almost exclaimed. It was truly, incredibly delicious.
Jack Ma instantly understood everyone's intentions. If he drank the whole cup at once, the rising gases from earlier might be difficult to suppress.
"What good children."
Otherwise, if he embarrassed himself in front of Penguin Ma, it would be a huge disgrace.
Little did he know, Penguin Ma had already been disgraced.
"Mmm, good tea," Jack Ma exclaimed sincerely.
Jack Ma was a bit curious. What were they all doing here?
Were they just sitting around drinking tea every day?
Were Jiang Quanshui and Penguin Ma, both busy people, spending all their time here playing with the younger generation?
"Mr. Jiang, didn't you say Duke Peter was here? Could you introduce us?" Jack Ma put down his teacup and said to Jiang Quanshui.
He also subtly glanced at Penguin Ma.
He wanted to see Penguin Ma's reaction, but Penguin Ma acted as if he hadn't heard anything, his face expressionless.
"What's there to introduce? He'll be down soon, and you'll naturally meet him," Jiang Quanshui said with a smile.
"Is Duke Peter upstairs?" Jack Ma asked.
"Uncle Ma, Duke Peter is upstairs. I'll introduce you when he comes down," the National Little King chimed in.
He then pointed to Ying Lun Peter, who was sitting in a corner, saying, "Look, this guy is Duke Peter's grandson."
Jack Ma was stunned and only then noticed Ying Lun Peter in the corner.
"He's fallen this low?"
There must be something unknown going on here. The villa gave Jack Ma a sense of mystery, though he couldn't pinpoint why.
Just then, Xia Feng came down from upstairs. Following behind Xia Feng was Du La Peter, looking grateful, walking with his back bowed, not daring to step an inch out of line.
Seeing Xia Feng descend, everyone stood up. Penguin Ma was the quickest, immediately offering his seat.
Jack Ma exclaimed, "Good heavens."
It was then that Jack Ma turned his gaze to Xia Feng. Xia Feng was wearing a long robe and had long hair, giving him a very charismatic aura, making one feel as if bathed in a spring breeze.
As for Du La Peter behind Xia Feng, he looked like a dog... or rather, a servant. Jack Ma's eyes widened in disbelief.
Although Jack Ma hadn't interacted with Du La Peter, they were aware of each other.
"Who is this person?"
Jack Ma looked at Xia Feng, his mind filled with questions.
"Young Master Xia, sit here. I'm about to go cook," Penguin Ma said obsequiously.
"Young Master Xia, here's some freshly brewed tea to moisten your throat first," Jiang Quanshui said, not to be outdone.
"No need to stand, everyone sit down. Old Peter, go get me a glass of warm water. I don't feel like drinking tea today," Xia Feng instructed Du La Peter after sitting down.
"Yes, Master." Du La Peter responded and hurried off to get the warm water.
"Old Peter?"
"Master?"
Coupled with the fawning expressions of Penguin Ma and Jiang Quanshui, Jack Ma's worldview was shattered.
Jack Ma stood frozen on the spot. Even after experiencing many storms, he was momentarily speechless.
"This is???"
"What's going on???"
