Chen Fan's gaze fell upon the old Daoist. "You old geezer, are you hiding something from me?"
The old Daoist was startled, then waved his hand. "No... no, nothing of the sort!"
"How could I trick you?"
Chen Fan stared at the old Daoist, feeling that the man was hiding something, otherwise he wouldn't have been so eager to explain.
The two of them spoke back and forth, unconcerned about eavesdroppers.
However, Gu Liang and the others listened, utterly bewildered, not understanding what they were talking about!
