And the number of world Laws is also a direct demonstration of the number of powerhouses in a world. They are weapons utilized by the Heavenly Dao and also the foundational stones of constructing an actuality. The more Laws there are, the smoother the Cultivators in this world can progress, and the more stable the entire world will be.
Lastly, the powerhouses born within a world decide the upper limit of that world. In some worlds, the talents from the Human Race have strengths that not only rival but far exceed that of a grand world after their full growth!
In worlds with such powerhouses stationed, they generally won't face invasions.
