This is an unexpected pleasure, Tike’s eyes flickered.
If what Corellon said was true, this Aeo was not the same Aeo as before. Combined with the sudden appearance of adventurers and the Creator God Alliance, the answer was obvious.
“No way.”
Tike murmured, “Is this world really a testing ground!”
The rigid faction division already had a familiar feel. After a brief moment of distraction, Tike quickly accepted this outcome.
So what if it was a testing ground? The emotions of these lives were so real, Tike couldn’t bring herself to treat them as expendable.
“What about the previous Aeo? Did he just disappear like that?”
Corellon shook his head, “He died, completely. He died suddenly during a deep sleep, and then the new Aeo immediately appeared and took his place!”
Outside the crystal sphere, Tike’s main body once again sensed the arrival of adventurers.
In the Hall of Knowledge, another avatar of Tike impatiently came to the prime material plane. kuAiδugg
There were more adventurers this time than last time. For safety, Tike did not proactively contact them.
In Jaeger’s memory, Tike saw the adventurers not say a word during the rescue of Waukeen; but now, the Common Tongue Tike heard and the adventurers’ lip movements did not match at all. The influence of the Creator God Alliance was evident in every aspect, with almost no flaws!
Waukeen’s temple was bustling with activity. A busy golden-eyed envoy had a moment of daze as Waukeen’s consciousness descended into her body.
As Tike had predicted, Waukeen’s memory seamlessly connected, showing no curiosity towards the adventurers, as if she had never mentioned their strange disappearance to the gods of the Neutral Alignment before.
Tike watched as the adventurers entered the temple’s vault, her eyes lighting up with an idea.
A single die was mixed in with the pile of gold coins. The die, which would not attract anyone’s attention on the street, looked out of place among the treasures. Yet, all the adventurers’ gazes fell on this ordinary die the moment the vault door opened.
The fact that the adventurers noticed the die Tike placed there immediately indicated they had a unified value judgment system! And it was highly accurate!
The vault contained not only minor artifacts and demigods but also countless legendary weapons that had left their mark. Yet, the adventurers, as if by unspoken agreement, reached out to snatch the unremarkable die.
An invisible confrontation was decided in an instant. The petite girl moved like the wind, and under the protection of her companions, she picked up the die.
“Our team is willing to give up other benefits! Don’t forget, the mission to save the Goddess of Wealth was originally completed by our team. It’s generous enough to leave you some scraps.”
The man wearing a mask seemed to be the leader. He blocked the girl without showing weakness, and under the resentful gazes of others, he led his companions away.
They arrived at a corner of the tavern. The girl who had snatched the die couldn’t hide her joy as she spoke, “Captain, we’ve made a huge profit this time! It’s my first time seeing equipment that can increase the real Luck attribute. Not only for looting and opening chests, but even the mission settlement gets a bonus!”
The man took off his mask and said with a smile, “I knew leaving a hidden line would yield greater rewards. Aren’t you not regretting saving the points for future missions now? So, you need to have a long-term perspective— Who!”
Before the man could finish speaking, several barriers had already blocked Tike, who had revealed herself.
The black-haired girl smiled as brightly as the sun, passing through the barriers to stand before the stunned man and embrace him tightly.
“Long time no see,” Tike sighed, “Brother.”
Under the astonished eyes of her teammates, Lin Su’s eyes turned red. “Sister, how did you get here!”
“It’s a long story,” Tike patted Lin Su’s back. “I’ve been here longer than you. By the way, my name is Tike now, although I’d prefer it if you called me Lin Xiang.”
After calming her激动 emotions, Lin Xiang looked at the person in front of her who was responsible for her plane crash. Her anger flared, and she slapped the face that bore a striking resemblance to her own.
“You didn’t answer my calls! You didn’t reply to my emails! Where the hell have you been!”
Lin Su, who was pulled off the wall by his teammates, twisted his neck in response. “I was up all night playing games and got hungry. Who knew I’d be sent off by a dump truck halfway there. When I woke up, I was already kidnapped by a big light ball and signed a series of unequal treaties, and then I was exploited into becoming a worker without social security.”
“What about you? After I completed my beginner mission and returned, I only found the wreckage of the crashed plane. You’re still on the missing persons list.”
Speaking of the accident, Lin Xiang felt an urge to act. “It’s all because of you! If I hadn’t been rushing to find you, I wouldn’t have changed my flight!”
Lin Su chuckled and immediately changed the subject. “It seems you’re doing well! You also had a traffic accident, how did you transmigrate? I thought you were also kidnapped by the big light ball and planned to post a missing person notice in the trading area.”
“It’s not exactly transmigration, I was fished out by the Goddess of Magic.”
After all, there were strangers present, and Lin Xiang didn’t want to reveal too much.
“In short, I am now the Goddess of Compassion in this world, and it’s no problem for me to look after you.”
Lin Su immediately checked his watch. After reading the information, he scratched the back of his head and sighed, “Should I say you’re lucky or unlucky? The world of Faerun is not peaceful.”
Lin Xiang also remembered why she was looking for adventurers and immediately led everyone to the temple.
“Did you come to the Abyss to rescue Waukeen last time because of Aeo?”
Lin Su shook his head, “We chose this mission ourselves. If I had known you were here, I would have found you first.”
Saying that, he turned to the girl, “Lend me 50,000 points, I don’t have enough.”
The girl nodded silently, and points were transferred through their watches.
“Take this. The big light ball prohibits us from revealing more information. Wear this watch, and you’ll become an explorer like us. The world of Faerun has long been arranged by the big light ball. Isn’t it easier to be a guide than a native god?”
The moment she put on the watch, a familiar power activated it, and a mechanical voice, audible only to the wearer, sounded.

Before Lin Xiang could check the mission module that appeared on her watch, her consciousness arrived at a disk.
The golden disk was composed of various rings, which rotated along different trajectories. As far as the eye could see, apart from a brilliant golden hue, there was only deep darkness.
In the center of the disk sat a group of creator gods, one of whom was Ilúvatar, whom she had met before!
