The attendants served the banquet and quietly withdrew. Tike smiled and raised her cup in a toast.
"Princess Theia, welcome to the Invisible Island."
Theia, cloaked, removed her hood, revealing her radiant golden hair. The goddess whispered anxiously, "Do you know what happened? Not long ago, I received a plea for help from Rhea."
Theia produced a lock of dark brown hair. The beautiful brown strands were covered in shocking burn marks.
Tike immediately understood. This was Rhea's hair, and it had been voluntarily given by the Queen of the Gods. The danger the hair's owner encountered would manifest on the lock.
"It seems Princess Rhea trusts you greatly," Tike said, narrowing her eyes meaningfully. "However, sometimes too much concern is not beneficial. Even the closest relationships need independent space, otherwise, one might pry into the other's secrets."
Theia frowned, looking at Tike with a grave expression.
"Forget all about it, Princess Theia. Pretend none of this ever happened. Do not try to uncover its secrets!"
Tike lightly tapped her lips with her index finger and advised Theia cautiously, "Consider it a way to thank you for granting Canna the divine office of pursuit. Maintain your silence."
The radiant grandmother was not as naive as Hera. She instantly understood Tike's deeper meaning.
"My visit this time is solely for Uranus. Canna has tracked him several times but he always eluded him. The domain of the sky resists our presence, and Canna dares not venture too deep. I can only ask for your assistance."
Tike readily nodded in agreement. "This is also my responsibility. The Sky God will soon have nowhere to hide."
Tacitly agreeing to bypass Rhea's anomaly, the two goddesses smiled and raised their cups to each other, enjoying the lavish banquet.
Unlike her silent arrival, Theia departed openly under Tike's farewell. The two goddesses, as if having resolved past grievances, bid each other farewell with their arms linked intimately.
Daylight faded, and Canna returned to the Invisible Island escorted by Helios.
The arrival of the Sun God caused a stir. The dazzling radiance made the Sirens scream and transform into mermaids, hiding in the sea.
Tike, for the first time, approached Helios proactively. "Prince Helios, thank you for your guidance and protection of Canna. Please accept my gratitude."
The Hibiscus flowers, preserved in crystal, were crafted into a crown. The sturdy branches were clearly visible within the transparent crystal. No other gems were set in the crown. The main body of the crystal was illuminated by the glow of the Hibiscus flowers, possessing a natural and harmonious beauty.
Upon receiving the crystal crown, the Sun God's deep voice resonated, "I like it very much."
Tike looked around awkwardly, then pulled Canna away in a hurry. "That's good."
Unaware of the reason, Canna was overjoyed by the closeness between their parents.
Tike darted into the mist, avoiding the Sun God's scorching gaze. Canna approached, asking curiously, "Mother, why is your face so red?"
Tike's toes nearly dug a hole in the sand. She immediately found an excuse to divert Canna's attention. "Did Princess Theia tell you that you found Uranus's trace?"
Canna immediately forgot his previous question and proudly recounted his achievements to his mother. "The omnipresent wind always allows me to easily detect anomalies in the sky. I even shot Uranus with an arrow."
The dryads also gathered around, solicitously asking if Canna was injured, and not forgetting to fetch wine and lamb for the Wind God.
Canna answered the dryads' questions while feasting. Tike then found an opportunity to slip away.
Tonight, there were no stars and no moon. Profound darkness enveloped the sky. Tike strolled across the sea, her fingertips plucking at the invisible magic net, lying in wait. Uranus's most desired action now was to kill her. The lost symbol of patriarchal power, under Pontus's guardianship, was powerless. Only she, the deity who usurped the sky's domain, was a worthy target. To salvage his declining situation, Uranus would surely want to reclaim the sky domain he controlled.
The tendrils of the magic net silently spread across the sky. Tike thoughtfully summoned clouds and heavy rain to conceal any potential sounds.
Tike, fully prepared, curled her lips into a smile. The prey had taken the bait.
Uranus's figure quietly appeared. Concealed by the mist, he approached Tike and unexpectedly struck with a punch! Tike's body rippled and vanished.
It was an illusion! Uranus immediately became vigilant and turned to return to the sky, only to find himself unable to move. Invisible threads bound Uranus tightly, rendering him immobile despite his struggles. The magic net tightened further, seeping into Uranus's flesh! The Titan's indestructible body emitted crisp cracking sounds under the magic net's slicing.
The mist spread across the sea. The sound of rain falling on the water was muffled by the fog, creating an eerie silence as if nothing had happened. Uranus's pained roars were unable to escape the mist's confinement. He was suspended in mid-air, being devoured by the magic net. With the cooperation of the divine office of magic, the Sky God's divine power and essence were continuously drawn out and into Tike's hands.
Having lost almost all his strength, Uranus's struggles weakened, and he eventually fell into slumber. The magic nets detached from Uranus's body and returned to the gems. Tike flicked a thread of karma, manipulating Uranus's movements. His soul, on the verge of collapse, was powerless to resist and could only be dictated by Tike.
This one-sided battle vanished with the dissipation of the mist. The dense sound of rain concealed everything that had occurred.
The Sun and Moon Gods, patrolling with bows and arrows, were the first to notice something amiss. The Sky God's figure flashed in a gap in the clouds. Helios immediately called Canna to pursue, while Selene loudly called for their father, Hyperion.
Brilliant radiance pierced the darkness of the sky. The gods quickly converged around Selene. After hearing their daughter's account, Hyperion exchanged a look with Coeus and immediately pursued. Tike, who had arrived at Theia's invitation to provide support, also hurried over. Soon after, she spotted the Sun God's shining light.
The rain grew heavier. The cold divine power condensed the water vapor into white mist, and then the downpour transformed into hail and snow, sweeping across the entire sky.
Uranus's body, hidden in the sky, was covered by snowflakes and immediately found by Canna. The Wind God raised his silver bow and shot an arrow, hitting Uranus directly in the chest! Uranus, his expression unreadable, grunted, pulled out the arrow, and vanished again.
Tike and the others arrived a step late, watching Uranus's figure disappear into the depths of the clouds.
Hyperion frowned and sighed helplessly. "The sky is Uranus's true form. We cannot find the Sky God when he hides."
Tike retorted, "As long as I can interfere with his control of the sky, Uranus will not be able to hide easily."
The Ocean Goddess, doting on her daughter, was unwilling to let her daughter take risks and absolutely refused to let Tike face Uranus alone, not listening to her husband's or daughter's reassurances.
Tike quickly soothed her mother, who was glaring angrily at Oceanus. "My loving mother, I will only guide the gods to find Uranus's location and then leave his side. Please believe in my strength and be proud of it."
Stopping Canna, who wanted to accompany her, Tike's figure vanished into the sky.
Not long after, a brilliant aurora appeared in the darkness. Tike leaped out from the shining aurora and shouted, "He is here!"
With that, she plunged downwards. The gods, acting in concert, struck, indeed wounding the subsequently appearing Uranus.
The frenzied Sky God ignored the gods who stood ready to face him, and plunged directly towards the earth.
Tike hastily reminded the gods, "He wants to return the sky to the earth!"
The sky returned to the earth with Uranus's descent. Gaia, unable to care about anything else, quickly had Uriah, the god of mountains, appear. The colossal mountain god raised his arm to support the falling sky. The other Titans also revealed their immense bodies to share the pressure with Uriah.
The gods on the earth cried out and fled, converging on the divine mountain to provide divine power to Uriah.
The powerful Atlas leaped from the earth, also revealing his colossal body to hold up the sky. The addition of the God of Strength was undoubtedly a shot in the arm. Mnemosyne and Phoebe, the weakest among the gods, thus gained a chance to breathe, their trembling bodies immediately recovering.
The God of Destruction, Perses, also left his wife and came to the earth. His divine power of destruction struck Uranus's body with full force, leaving deep, visible wounds.
The Sky God, heedless of everything, descended towards the earth, stubbornly wanting to embrace Gaia.
The Earth Mother finally appeared. Gaia looked at the frenzied Uranus with deep emotion. The earth's love had been exhausted by the sky's endless demands. Thinking of the giants crying day and night in the abyss, Gaia's emotional stirrings immediately subsided.
Raising her golden scepter, Gaia sternly commanded, "Uranus! This is your final warning! Leave the earth!"
The mad Uranus paid no heed. The heavy sky pressed down on the gods supporting it, causing them to groan in pain. Seeing that the twelve gods were about to collapse, Gaia closed her eyes, sighed, and swung her scepter, repelling Uranus.
The divine power of the mountains countered the sky. With Gaia's full support, Uriah merged with the divine mountain and rose from the ground, forcefully pushing the falling sky back. The clash of the two divine powers caused the sky to emit a terrifying creaking sound, and several dreadful cracks spread outwards from the connection point.
Uranus wailed in pain under the impact of Uriah's divine power, his body disintegrating inch by inch, turning into ashes and scattering across the earth with the wind.
Tike took control of the sky and forcefully moved it back to its original position. Fortunately, as the sky's domain now belonged solely to Tike, it was still possible to move the sky back to the heavens.
With Uranus's complete demise, the world's laws manifested and retrieved the brilliant divine office of the sky. To prevent the loss of the sky's divine office, the laws needed to find a successor.
The figures of Aether, the God of Space, and Hemera, the Goddess of Day, appeared in the sky. The appearance of these two powerful divine beings immediately drew the attention of the laws. The three candidates, including Tike, were all attracting the sky's divine office with their origins. The higher status of the powerful divine beings of the Space God couple made the laws favor them. However, Tike, possessing the sky's divine personality, was not to be underestimated. Tike took over Uranus's sky domain and completed its unification with the climate. The sky, damaged by Uranus's fall, was repaired by Tike's efforts. Mist concealed the greedy gazes descending from the cracks.
Without the sky's protection, the twisted divine fiends and aberrations in the chaotic sea could not help but covet this fertile world. The Ocean God couple and the Light God couple, disregarding their fatigue, immediately went to the world's periphery to defend against potential attacks.
Aether hesitated for a moment before deciding to stay and compete for the sky's divine office. The unstable scales of the laws immediately tilted towards Tike. Negligent deities would only distance the laws, and the sky's divine office leaned towards Tike, who was repairing the cracks.
Tike's spirit lifted, and her actions became more agile. Asteria, the Starry Night Goddess, came to Tike's side to help repair the sky. Leto, the Moonlit Night Goddess, also extended her aid along with her sister. The three goddesses worked together to mend the cracks, while the Sun and Moon Gods guarded them from the side, guarding against attacks from divine fiends within the cracks, subtly shielding the gaze of the Space God and the Goddess of Day.
Under Gaia's warning gaze, the gloomy Aether dared not interfere, only anxiously watching as the goddesses repaired the cracks one by one.
The laws finally bestowed the sky's divine office upon Tike according to the sky's origin. Abundant divine power flowed through Tike's body, and the sky's divine personality was completely restored with the return of the divine office! The sky's wounds healed rapidly under Tike's divine power, protecting the earth from the threat of chaos. Under the sighing gazes of the gods, Tike boldly launched an assault on the status of powerful divine beings!
Under the cover of the sky, the magic net took root amidst the chaotic forces of chaos. An endless stream of origin power was drawn from chaos and integrated into the weakened origin of the sky.
The abundant origin power continuously sublimated and condensed under Tike's will. Crystal-like transparent crystals began to appear in the sky. A thin layer of crystals immediately attracted the attention of the world's laws!
The storms stirred up in the chaotic sea became as gentle as a mother's touch before the crystals. The laws rejoiced at their appearance and, at all costs, mobilized their power to foster more crystals.
The crystal walls, a unique marvel of the world of Faerun, made their debut here and were immediately favored by the laws.
The crystal walls gradually gathered through the joint efforts of Tike and the laws. A thin wall appeared, relying on the sky. The chaotic airflow at the world's periphery was calmed upon reaching the crystal walls, and energy was filtered into the world, while ill-intentioned divine fiends were blocked outside the crystal walls.
The jubilant world laws generously rewarded Tike. Countless origins stimulated Tike's divine fire, and numerous divine personalities were polished to perfection under the will of the laws.
The sky's divine office was rapidly integrated, and the world trembled, celebrating the birth of a powerful divine being. Under the envious gazes of the gods, Tike, under the meticulous care of the laws, perfectly ascended to the status of a powerful divine being! The first powerful divine being to ascend in this world undoubtedly inspired the second generation of Titans, igniting their fighting spirit and ambition.
The phenomena of ascension slowly subsided. Tike opened her eyes and smiled brightly at the approaching gods. As her feet touched the ground, grass and lilies bloomed. The gods surrounded the newly born powerful divine being, singing praises of the Sky Queen's might and wisdom.
